That’s not too high of a flavor percentage to me. Some cap flavors need higher percentage.

Good morning mixers. I’m feeling a little sore after last night’s workout. I’ve really been feeling it in my legs. Hopefully the soreness will improve with time if I can stick with an exercise routine. I fell off the wagon this time for longer than normal and am paying for it.

It's going to be colder today, none of that spring weather. Right now it's 33, with a high predicted of 39. At least there's no precipitation.

That’s not too high of a flavor percentage to me. Some cap flavors need higher percentage.

Yeah, I did see around that a lot of the older flavors aren't as concentrated.

Looking in my notebook at that one again, I did actually use ELR's suggested/average percentages.

My initial draft only matched up with two of the flavors, though was still 13% total.

Also had marshmallow as a possibility but left it out.
