Hi Fran! The clean up is done and we’re going to go to a Culver’s that opened up a couple miles away from us.
I hadn’t been to a Culver’s in many years. It was good. Everything was clean and the food was good for that kind of food.

I put a brisket tip on the pellet grill a couple hours ago. I turned it on smoke mode for the first couple hours. Hopefully it comes out good.
