Went to a festival this morning, actually just a long street with lots of stalls selling stuff. Different from the usual though. A wealthy neighborhood but also downtown trendy, rich yuppies I guess. The stuff on sale was high end. We went early while it was still in the 80's.

I lost my wedding ring last year, Been putting off replacing it because getting a copy of my wife's ring was big money. We hit a stall at the festival selling hand made silver and gold jewelry, mostly rings. We got two matching ornate silver and gold rings for half the price of a single gold ring for me. Now I'm really married again.

I got the receipt and looked them up online. They are a couple from Florida who travel around the country to fairs and festivals. Nurit and Mick Arts. Gotta give those Micks some business, there aren't many of us around.

I got to the point where I could barely stand a quarter mile on the treadmill.
Hey, I'm not pretending it was fun. I concentrated really hard on keeping my core engaged, my shoulders down and back, and my spine neutral as I walked, which was therapeutic but also gave me something to focus on to distract me from the pain.

I got in a short walk on the treadmill and a short weights session. Trying to just do a little at a time until I’m hopefully better.
I have a Walking Pad (Threadmill). It's a smaller version of a regular threadmill.

I bought my treadmill from a coworker years ago for $300. At the time it was about $1200 new. I’m not sure what they cost now. I have replaced the walking belt and fixed a couple little things but it’s still going strong.
