Good morning. I woke at 3:30 then went back to bed. I was finally able to sleep in a little.

Where’s Fran this morning? I need to mow today and am planning on digging the last hole for my gate post where I hit the sprinkler line. If that goes well then I might try working on putting up a gate. I’m not looking forward to digging that post hole by hand. I’ve honestly been putting it off.

I'm here. Was downstairs helping dd this morning.

I thought maybe you were shopping. I got the lawn mowed. The trimming is a lot more with the fence. I was surprised that my weed eater battery lasted through it all.

I have a couple low spots due to the grade of the lawn where I’m going to lay some dirt and then go dig the hole for the last gate post. I want to get that post set today. I’ve been resting for a while. Yesterday wore me out.

I went out and put some dirt down then dug the last post hole. I used two bags of concrete since it’s a gate post. I think that’s going to be about it for me today. Tomorrow I am going to get a gate installed and return some supplies that I didn’t need. They gave me way too many pickets and I have a few bags of concrete left. Not sure on 2x4’s. I will need one or two for the gates.

Some of my new grass in the backyard died. I’m not sure if it was too wet or just let it get too tall before mowing.
