Sitting down, facing forward.
I know what a juice channel is but what the hey is a wick channel?

No flooding and no leaks

Another term for the same thing, but I call it liquid, juice comes from an orange...or other things LOL.

The best way i found to wick my lemo's with rayon actually goes just the opposite of the reccomended way to wick with rayon haha.I found what worked the best for me was to simply cut the tails in half, leaving half the thickness instead of trimming them super thin. Then put the lower chimney part on,cut the tail just above the chimney, tuck it down, and use a small screwdriver to push the wick to the sides leaving the juice channel unblocked. The tails were still pretty thick, but i never got any dry hits at all while running 70vg juice.

You cut like the top half off? How close to the coil?

Same here with my STminis and Lemo with 75vg. Maybe a little less than half the wick remaining and plastered against the deck walls.

I was beginning to think maybe I was the only one around here using Lemos.

Rayon brought my Lemo back to life. Not because I couldn't get it to work great with cotton at 50w, no probs there, it's the whole "having to drain the tank thing" when it's time to rewick. With cotton, when it's time to rewick, it's TIME to rewick. With rayon I can go longer between rewicks and rayon gives me more warning that the time to rewick is coming.

So much that if you were using cotton you know for sure it would flood instantly with that much juice allowed to flow in.

The pancake method on the Subtank Mini with the two hole RBA Plus would be a good working example. The chamber is flooded with juice 24/7 and still doesn't leak when using rayon. I can't bring myself to try anything else. I have been meaning to try that wicking on my Lemo (v1) to see if I get the same result.

So I just joined (literally like 5 minutes ago) and I just gotta say thanks to the OP and everyone here. Y'all have officially converted me to Rayon.

Kind of crappy shot, but I just built this quickly before class today. It's a parallel 28g SS build in my Magma. And so far Rayon is kicking .... in TC mode.

Thanks again!!

Is pharmacy selling those Rayons?

Hello Frederick, thanks for joining us!

I'm not familiar exactly with what is available in Malaysia. But if its Rayon in loose fiber form like you see here you should be good. Not sure about shipping and if you can order somewhere online maybe in Europe at some of the vape sites you can get some rayon

If you need to source local your pharmacy may have many products containing pharmacuitial or medical grade rayons. You will have to discover a source in your country. Medical fibers like balls, hygeine products, bottle stuffing, hair boutiques may have Rayon beauty coil like grahams cellucotton but different brands. Try to look for 100% Rayon fiber if labled. If your not sure always burn test it compared to cotton or check back here and I can assist.

Hi Jeremy, thanks for your reply and i appreciated it. So from what i understand is as long as the rayon/fiber is medical grade then it is good to use?

Yes it should be good to use if its just pure fiber. Medical use rayon is usually graded so it will be a good quality. It doesn't have to be medical though. Other product needs to be checked for purity. A product labled 100% Rayon is best. If its 100% Rayon pure medical fiber or balls its perfect.

Also it may be called something different in your country.. Viscose is another word for Rayon also.
