I am thinking about marketing cool packaged rayon. A "Rayon Bacon" kinda thing for $5-10 a pack. Driving to Sally's every couple of years for a $15 crate will be a pain if sales are good though.

Ok guys, how in the heck to you prepare your Delasco rayon for a wick? I try to un roll a ball and straighten it out, but the thickness and consistency is all over the place, so there must be a correct way to do this.
