Sitting down, facing forward.
Ok guys, how in the heck to you prepare your Delasco rayon for a wick? I try to un roll a ball and straighten it out, but the thickness and consistency is all over the place, so there must be a correct way to do this.

Did you do the naked in the rain with an eggplant on your head dance first? That's a key factor.

I guess I'm outta luck then, we just had our rain for awhile, and I don't have any eggplant. If I had those two things, there's no way I'm dancin nekkid.

Well, I dunno, maybe I did something right. I unrolled the rayon ball, pulled off a piece as best I could, then just rolled it around in my fingers till the fibers seem to be aligned, and the thickness felt consistent. I thought maybe I had it a little thick for a 2mm dia. coil, but it went thru kinda tight w/o distorting the coil. I thinned the tails out a little once I got them cut to length, juiced it up and gave it a try. It's a 1.5Ω coil I had Sally's in and I had my Provari set to 3.8w, and dayum, I had to drop the volts to 3w to vape it. So far the flavor isn't what I was getting with the Sally's but I'll see if it comes in a little better as it's vaped. I'll try another switch when I refill another KFL and see if it's the same. I never did thin the tails in my KFL's before, so that may be a difference also.

I'm really liking this smok tf g1 deck. It's got massive air flow for a single coil. Through the posts and under the coil. Its capable of over 80w single coil. The cool thing is with the air wide open the flavor is great.. Plenty of juice flow with 4 big adjustable ports. The posts are great, easy coil placement. Right or left hand wind.

No leaking, pretty stable. The way the air flow is designed it really has to flood big time to leak.

Vaping it at around 70w, with 95%vg in winter! It's quick heat up at this power and capable of huge clouds with very good flavor.

.42 ohm, 3mm coil came with the deck.

The smok Tf tends to sweat a tiny bit from the two piece Chamber design, but it vapes so well it's been parked in the ipower. It's doesn't leave any juice rings on mods so I'm cool.. Keeping a fiber from getting in between the chamber pieces seems to help.. Also, if you have one, I did sand down the center pin width and depth a bit to take care of that issue..

Have all the elite rayonatti here tried the Kendo Gold Edition "vaping cotton"? Might be helpful for cotton users who are visiting this thread to hear a rayon user's take on it. Chime in if you've tried it.

I have an Uncle that was using some Kendo Gold Edition cotton that I was talking to over christmas. I was going to ask him for a few pieces to try but he was down to his last few scraps from the bag so didnt want to take what little he had left. So havent tried Kendo but my Uncle was saying that the flavor is incredibly good and unlike anything he has ever used. I watched him rewick his Boreas and I couldnt believe how easy the stuff is to work with. The way the Cotton comes from the bag and its consistency is a bit like Rayon(a fluffy rope)but you wick the cotton much looser than Rayon than just trim the 4 tails and tuck them in to place. You really dont have to thin out the tails or do anything else. Basically just two cuts with the scissors and your good.

I think im going to buy a bag here sometime soon and I can report back how it compares to Rayon. The place I was going to buy it from though (Vaporbeast.com) is currently out of stock. Sucks cause it was 5.95 for the bag there. Other places want around 10 bucks like ebay etc. Ill buy this if I can find it under 10 for sure but not really in a rush to try it. I know my Uncle also mentioned that the Kendo Gold goes out of stock very quickly so that should be a good sign, must really be good :)

Maybe someone reading this has actually tried the Kendo vs the Sally's Rayon and can chime in before I buy.

Happy Holidays!!!!
