i am used to my griffin ring that traps the rayon,,,,,but your method inspires me to at least try wicking a bit dif next time without the ring..........hopefully i wont be wearing ejuice

It's I believe to hold your wick ends in place, can be used with or without the wick ring.

i was in a hurry when i did it,, not bad, needs some tweaking.

reason for trying is my hands are starting to have more bad days than good days and if the ring is off i might as well expect my wicking time and quality to go negative.

I can make the template available. All you gotta do is print, cut, and wrap.

Don't imagine you're printing them on card stock, but how much does it increase the actual OD? Some mods don't leave a lot of extra room

Using plain ole' printer paper, and with the clear wraps from IMR, (thin, but sturdy), not much thickness added.

I don't have a color printer but the guys that do can reap the benefits of your creativity!
