Unfortunately I am finding myself wicking with tailings as I have gone through what was given to me. I did PIF to a few folks that I met at 2 B&M so I guess it is time to find a Sally's and get the biggun'
haha rayon's like crack! The first sample was free, but now you have to go buy some. At least you'll only have to buy it once...in three lifetimes!

Ya know, I've been hanging out at another thread that just completely ignores and scrolls past trolls as if they never posted. It works. No pages and pages of the same fruitless debate over and over again - they just go away and the rest of us stay happy. ;) It would be nice though if somewhere on the first page (like Dusty said) we could have links to resources, links to all the research, and links to the how-tos that we can point them to, so that we can just reply with a link as necessary, even when we're in other threads. Is that happening, Jeremy? It's amazing though. Rayon's all over the place - mentioned in almost every thread I've visited lately.

Not to be rude or intrusive;

What is everyone doing in their spare time?

Wicks and coils are lasting like forever. I used to have a quiet time to wick and coil stuff. Now I don't.

OK, Honey, ... I'll mow the lawn.

We don't want to know what the rest are doing. :)

I know I have so much more FREE time! :)

I was thinking yesterday that I ought to change out all my wicks, as I would have done long before now if I were still using cotton, but decided to wait since because on these wicks I finally got it right as far as getting the right amount of CCr and they are working flawlessly. I just feel a need to scratch an itch, but I'm ignoring it. :)

I've been extremely busy lately. Summer is my busiest time at work too. Didn't get home till 9 pm last night.

I have started to work on it though.

Your point about ignoring trolls is spot on!

Another problem is there is so much, trying to condense it down is a bit of a chore.

it may be helpful if you guys could post what data made you feel it was safe enough... What convinced you to try it ?

I did post a new blog with some notable posts from the first 400 posts of the thread. I think I'm going to go through like that so I can get all the post together to help break it down and get it ready... I don't know maybe.

But people will debate it till their blue in the face. The earth is flat!

I call out any person the the upper hierarchy of the community that talks trash with no understanding of what their talking about. Some of them may be ...... and are propagating negative data...

At the other end of the spectrum

1.8Ω on 7w with home made NET, 3ml and black coil and wick. Not burned. 10 minutes to refill, dry burn, rewick, enjoy another 3.

NETs are notorious coil gunkers but they are so damn good, that I vape them almost 100% of the time and I don't mind changing out wicks on an almost daily basis on my KFL's. The secret is to find NETs that burn cleaner due to a better extraction process. Vendors like MyVapeJuice and Heathers Heavenly Vapes are two that are regulars in my vaping arsenal. I can sometimes get .. GASP!.. 10ml or more through a wick before it requires changing out.

Paul, what size filter do you use to strain your extractions? Have you noticed Rayon performing measurably better compared to cotton or silica?

There's a time limit as to when you can edit a post, so JeremyR can't update his OP without a moderator's help.

Dusty I'm a regular in the Cold Extraction thread. I filter through a gold screen coffee filter, then paper coffee filter, then cotton in a 60ml syringe.

Louisiana Red, two red Virginias and Perique, sweet, woody, spicy, mmmm good.

Yes, rayon makes it better. Wetter vape makes the flavors come out.

Edit to add

This juice is fairly clear, high vg. Normally in my gennies I wick long, then as needed can pull up some wick past the dark part and keep going. This one I short wicked and chose to just redo it.

7w! I would probably go 200ml with my 100vg 3% hangsens.... Maybe you can reduce the net a little and still get good flavor.. Or maybe your draw is too tight.. Are you sure the wick isn't too tight?

Someday I'll try a net...

Probably too tight, that is why is short wicked it. Pulled a piece and as I feed the wick it probably started to drag and I quit feeding. Don't remember exactly but sounds like my MO.

It was still vaping fine, just that since I had the cap off to refill, I chose to rewick.
