Ok so here's almost a week in my kf3.1, lightly used bout 4 tanks of juice (and another 2 tanks worth got leaked out...)

Are you well experienced with the kfl? Just asking.

You may be using pg, I use 100vg so our wicking will be different. Looks like for whatever reason your feeding juice easily to the chamber. Try to add a little fluffy piece of rayon down in by the channels. The rayon will stick to the main wick once it wets down. That will help you see if you need to wick over the channels.

Fisher, I hate to say it but your maybe using just A TINY BIT too. Little wick that's why it's puking every once in a while, that happens to me every so often BC I run them small so they wick the best.

Crg, you could porky cut off quit a but more n be ok.[/QUOTE
I just wicked it with thicker tails didn't take a picture again.... This time more wick is touching the base, but not over channels.

I use high as vg i can with the base i have at the moment, current juice is 32p/68v and no i am not very well versed at wicking kayfuns. I got rid of the first one i had cause i couldn't get it right ever, i was hoping i could get this one right with rayon..
Having got to try my new build yet...

Juggalo, maybe the coil was up a little too high? Also, maybe try a slightly wider coil? I'm new to KFLs and having my own issues, so I've been reading up. Your tails looked really thin, but it could also be that you're getting too much air in the chamber, screwing up the way the vacuum action works with the juice channels (please don't ask me to explain that ).

Or maybe try the cotton-yarn-behind-the-tails trick from a few pages back, to help sop up excess liquid and displace some of the air...

I run high vg (a 50/50 at that point though) and had the same problem... under-wicked.

Got my BF CLT, and I love this atty. Wicked with rayon of course
What is a CLT? I use a mobile app, so no hovering mouse here ;)

Well, I'll be damned! They do have one. Grand Marnier E Liquid Guess I'll have to order a small bottle to taste it and see.

Well, as long as you can say your A, B, Cs from H to T and walk a straight line, you should be ok. :D
I got that flavor from a different vendor, reasonably tasty. The only time I got stopped and checked I had to do the alphabet backwards while standing on one foot.

Good M B. I just got up and had my M. C. with cream and sugar. Started reading ECF and realized that it has become a Morse Code. "Dunno", "prolly" because I took my KFL+, wicked it with R and coiled with A1 K FR in the NR-R-NR fashion and OMG, F and TH are through the R, but V was PIA. So, I had to ABCDEFG.....
Come on guys, let's speak English again! Please!

I just got a clt, and built up this am; big thanks to jaxgator!!

Pictures will be posted today!

Google - Clt by infinite , it's dual coil dripper. I wasn't sure at first either.
I had just happened to go to Vapor Joe's Canada blog and was looking at a deal they listed. The link to the vendor was bad so I looked at that vendor's sale area and they just happened to have the CLT there so I got an answer along with pictures and everything ;)

Reminds me of the Tobh in appearance. Like the T design center post. But at $30, well I could get 2 Tobh clones and even the delrin replacement huge drip tips and change from my $30. :(

I was about to post on this ^^^^^ also.

I tried my first Cellucotton wick in my magma last Saturday(?) I have probably gone through 30Ml of DIY Strawberry Vanilla Bean Ice Cream in the last week, just in the Magma.
Wicks still look very good and the Coils have absolutely no buildup. Flavor and Vapor are still going strong.

Very impressive Product! :)
I have now converted 2 of my Kayfuns to Rayon and immediately noticed much cleaner Flavor without that slightly dusty background cotton seems to add. One Flavor I enjoyed, an RY4D mix, I could only vape for a few minutes and was done for the day....... Blazed through 4.5 Ml yesterday!!!!:D
Now to find some quiet time and convert a few more devices.:vapor:

OK another update on my marathon wick and coil. This is at 90ml through the wick and coil on my Taifun GT. I've been running the same juice, MBV Black Ice. Been loving it, just fill and go, no off taste and the flavor is still there.

Congratulations you've joined the 100ml club!

Soooo has there been any testing with spaced coils versus tightly wrapped coils? I have been vaping spaced coils for the last few days and to me it seems as if I have better control of the heat of the coil. Better heat control = better flavor and vapor IMO. Not to mention less coil funking as I am cooling the coil more effectively as compared to a tight coil that makes and holds massive amounts of heat. Anyone have any input as to why I (or anyone else) should use tight coils versus spaced coils?
