Re-Stuffed Carts. Working Very well.

Well guys I decided to try and restuff some carts i had laying around that the stuffing wouldnt work anymore in.. Took myself and the kids to the pet store, looked at the fishes and the chameleons.. Then to the fish filter Aisle.. I didnt want to spend a lot of many got a small box for about 5.00. It is a Box that says FLUVAL on it.Says its a Water Polishing Pad. It was a 4 pack and says 2 plus on it.. i think thats for what device its for. I opened a lot of boxes and found this stuff to be the closest to the orig material. It has 4 Sheets of the stuff in there. And its even the correct thickness, all i did was pull the white part out of my penstyle cart.. measure the whole thing on an edge. Cut it and stick it in.. Filled the cart.. and im vaping away on it. I did notice that after being filled. Using it a bit and then looking at the end of the cart.. the wet end.. It looks exactly like a standard cart that i have here in my table.. I think this stuff is the closest I have seen and its very convenient. Just lettin ya guys know of my experience. Maybe can save some people a little money.. i think theres enough in this tiny box to do 50-75 carts lol.

Sure it's all safe to inhale...no asbestos or anything like that?

Well if the original Polyester thats in the e-cig is safe than this must be just as safe.. i mean it looks EXACTLY the same. only precaution i did was rinse and dry it before use. So Far so Good though.

Edit: This stuff even has the same problem of not wicking super fast.. an i wish i could make it wick faster and not have to alternate pens but its all good. Working very well.

umm, i keep marine fish, and to 'polish' the water, you use activated carbon, or activated carbon pads. i'd check to make sure these arent it! lol they dont look like it, they look like standard filters, but i think it'd be best to check the label!

I've also given this a try-seems to be working very well-I give the filter material a quick soak in ry4 and pop'er back in- draw is similar, and the experience is unchanged from a new cart in my mind. I do tend to cut down on the thickness of the filter by pulling back a few layers-- I've pretty much set up a production line of soaking / stuffing on my kitchen counter as sadly the first e-cig I decided to pick up was the super-mini and the carts hold next to nothing!

You will find that it is identical to what is in carts, I've been using it for ages. No toxins in it, would kill the fish if there were. Fish are very sensitive to toxins.

Hi guys, here's my fourpenceworth (inflation, don'cha know!)

I have tried dismantling the cigarette filters you use in home made rollups - this only works for one refill as it isn't washable! Works OK for one use, need less than one complete filter, about 1/3 of the ones I had, fluff up a little and off you go.

The other was suggested by a US gent, he calls it Pellon Thermolam and you can buy it in fabric shops. Seems to be the same stuff you use in ovengloves and he found it to be perfect. Cheap too as you only need a little of it!

I bought the poly-fil you use for making quilts. I purchased it at Walmart. It is about the same thickness in the 901 cart. I have tried it in one of my carts. So far I havent grown an extra eye or arm so I think its ok. Only time will tell I suppose.
