Received a Ticket for using a BoxMod today

Smoking and driving, some hazards there for sure. Ever drop a cherry in your lap. Or, drop a cig when ashing it out the window and it flies into the back of the car. Lucky I never caused an accident with that.

After months of delays, I finally went to trial...

The verdict... Dismissed
The reason... Cop was a no show (surprise, surprise)
The result... Get to spend $176 on myself rather than the State wrongfully forcing an innocent victim to contribute towards their own self-induced budget problems

Send an invoice to the court for $176. If they ignore it, send them to a collection agency. Don't forget to tack on the time it took to prepare your case and collection efforts. What's good for the goose...

Getting the box mod in the court house might be fun. In utah i dont think they would let me bring it ini have had issues with things on my keychain let alone something that could be seen as a bomb so be careful

You'd be surprised iamtopher. I havent had any problems bringing oddly shaped PV's into different areas. I even used mine in the DMV (stealthing) and no big deal. And I live in South Jordan.

Yep, take the cell phone bill and the box mod into court.. no way the ticket will hold up. Did you show the cop the boxmod? I can't imagine if he saw a square thing that he could have mistaken for a phone and you were vehement that you werent talking and that you were using this rather cell phone shaped device in the general region of your face that he'd be such a pain in the bum.
