Perhaps, but some people think that way. 'You get what you pay for' is a pretty old saying and some people associate cost with worth. If I DID double my prices across the board, would people still buy them? I doubt it. No, I will try to keep it as low as I can and still make it worth my while to keep making them. Everyone wins a little that way.

I always thought that box mods were too... well... 'boxy'... Ha!! But yours are works of art!!

And I like that the edges are all rounded and smooth... so I bet they feel really nice in your hand, huh??

Funny thing that, but at first I made round edges, then I got the impression people wanted beveled edges, so I made those. lately people have been asking for round!

The new batches will have some round, some beveled and some with very soft bevels. I'm always willing to try another style and I do like comments/suggestions even If I can't act on them.

Nope, I don't stain wood, I like the natural colors, I also refuse to use off the shelf inlays as I also like to put my own inlay patterns on them.

The purple is actually recon-stone. Thats a piece of gemstone made from 85% ore and 15% acrylic, then cut to size and used as inlay. A real piece of gemstone would cost 10-20 times more so knife/gun handles and stocks and such have been made from recon-stone for some time now. It's still a bit pricey but worth it. 'Reconstituted stone'.

Without sounding like I am sucking up................I commend you for that Capt'. I really do. It's a shame more don't have that philosophy. Not just in this industry but in all.
