Ahoy mateys!! th_1sm264pirate.gif

HUGE apologies to the Capt' for not being around sooner since the arrival of my beautiful voltage meter to thank him again!! That purpleheart really has to be seen to be appreciated... I still can't believe how lucky, and honored, I am to have won one of those coveted and rare little gems!! thumb_love_pirate_ani.gif

I haven't been online much lately, and I have a lot of catching up to do... but I finally am going to be able to order my batts and charger to be able to use my beautiful RSM now, and I just have a couple of questions about the batts...

madvapes now carries both the UltraFire AND TrustFire in the 18350 size... is there any difference between the 2, other than price??

And as far as chargers go, is the TrustFire TR-001 an Ok one?? Because they are out of the next one up...

Thanks for any help you can give me!! I'm so excited now... hyper.gif

I'm glad you like it :)

I've used both types and see no real difference in them and I've also been using the Tr-001 for many months without a problem.

Thanks!! Someone was kind enough to send me a multimeter, but I can see what you mean about needing another hand to use it... even just on a regular batt... LOL!! And I picked up a little set of Allen wrenches at the 99 Cent Store... so I'm almost there now!!

I'm sure I will have plenty more questions when the time comes... Well I guess I'm gonna go place my order now... Thanks again!!

I haven't even ordered any yet...need to though ..I ordered those ..bulk attys from VK and did not realize that my cannons wont fit a joye 306...so I am using a stock(eeew) tip.
Oh I had an issue with my honeysuckle , for some reason it started burning my throat really bad....just will lay off for a while or maybe try the hummingbird necter from kbv.

Good morning :)

Actually I'm gonna need some attys myself soon, I tried a DC but had problems with it and also wasn't pleased with the heavy current draw on the mod. I want to try something new, whats some popular single coil attys nowadays? I just don't have much time to window shop anymore :(

Morning Cappy!..

you must try the new bottom feeder hybrid attys from Clouds of Vapor...they are basically 306's in a 510 sleeve with no bridge...
they have slots in the bottom so they feed well and impossible to flood...the flavor is awesome and the vapor is unreal..
they have an easier draw than standard attys and you need to prime them with juice before using and keep them wet....I fed mine then dripped 3-4 drops..
let it sit then dripped a couple of more drips and fired it up....the best atty I've ever used...:)

use coupon code: BIGBUYER for 10% off

I read up on them, look interesting. Think I will wait until they have the bottom feeder style back in stock tho as I assume those are the ones I would need.

The slotted bottom feeder Hybrid's have drainage slots.
If you plan on using tilt and shoot, you would want the standard.
The slotted Hybrid's must have a catch cup to work properly.

PM me your address, and whether you use 1.5ohm or 2.0ohm and I'll send you one of each style to try. :)

Hmm, tempting offer but I will just order a couple 2 ohm and give em a try. Thank you kindly for offer to do that tho.

Think I will take AG's advice and go with the standard and see how they work with the Inverted feed :)

vapelite.com has a coupon for 5 attys. it's getbogelr510. they come out to 3.50 a piece.

I also like the vapor kings bulk joye deals and ikenvape 510's

I think I've also heard good things about IKV 510's. I really need to take some time to browse the threads again :(
