It's really very simple and I don't understand why more US vendors do not unless there are legal issues. I shop&ship for 4 int'l vapers so far and it is my pleasure to do so.

taz, some countries do not allow nic juice in. And many vendors do not want the hassle of the customs forms.
I always inquire what they want me to put on the customs form. Vapers usually know how to get their goodies ;-)
OMG - I just saw a picture of a purpleheart volt meter!! How does one acquire such a thing? Will you be making more? We wants it!
