I do think that I need to make a case for my Scallywag. Does anyone have a nice clear Jolly Roger pic they could post? I'm trying to find a decent one that I can create an embroidery design from. Can't use copyright stuff....

Ahoy! Ok, sounds like its held equally in either hand. I was thinking of a more aggressive chamfer with perhaps a lark's tongue end on the dominant side, but perhaps i will do both sides instead but a bit more shallow. That means a even bevel along the edges which tapers up into a slightly rounded radius (edge). I also came across what might be just what I was looking for to use as a shiny push button for squonking for those who said they don't like a hole bored in the side.

I don't know if there are any owners of a RSM that are so zealous as some of the tag makers must be, but I would hope that if you are you refrain from using tags on other makers threads to benefit RSM. I would imagine they are just like me, trying to make a small living and doing the best they can in troubled times.
All hands on deck, port call, swim call, the vaping lantern is lit. Grog will be served chilled at dinner. Wear your best rags! Yarr!

maybe in a week or less, I have to finish the last of the current batch and put them up for sale at the sale price. Then on to the next stage of evolution

In case you missed it, Aziffel started a thread to show off your RSM. I would like to see more pics myself, I miss some of them and think about them late at night ... carefully sanding the wood, rubbing them smooth ...sigh....wish I could keep 'em all on me own matlepiece....sniff sniff..

Can i use 16340's in the Mk4VV? I have not yet ordered the 18350's for it yet. I would think so but im not sure if it would rattle around without some support
