I got all the sanding done and all the boxes (besides the ones waiting on parts) are ready to be put together. Now everything comes to a sudden halt as I start to install inlays on them one by one. I have to decide on a pattern, cut out the inlays, glue them together, sand them flush, cut out the inlay channel in the box, glue them in and off I go to the next one.
It's a pain, but anyone can show a pic of a RSM box and I don't even need a serial number to know which one it is and what type. My little babies, arrrrr... take good care of 'em or I be comin for ye! Arrrrr

I did go back and read it ALL!!! not much sleep or work done but I wanted to read the full evolution rather than the tidbids I had from peeking in on occasion. Cappy is amazing with how far he has come and his dedication to his customer.
