I'm actually kind of glad that last one you posted is a 5V, else I'd be VERY tempted to buy it, but I've got my heart set on VV. I really do like the tangerine and jade inlay though. The tangerine wood is really something!
Now if a Cutlass were to show up with say a medium to dark colored body, and tangerine end caps and inlay.... :hubba:

Just sayin'

Down the rabbit hole..
VV, do you have any IKV 801s? If so, would you mind test fitting one? The cannons & stealths are OK but I prefer the traditional so far. A bit bewildered why yours fits and Ruppy's doesn't.

mine does not have a catch cup so works awesome and I test fitted 801's they would fit too w/right threads!

Oh blast. Fatal snag with the Mark-V.

I was hoping to use the Mark-IV body without alterations but it won't be possible and include all the new goodies. That means the Mark-V is going to have to be a new design .... I wonder ...I wonder .... what haven't I done yet ... hmmm...

Well, time to drag out the ol' drawing board, Yarrr!

I do have one idea, perhaps another side door model, but sorta tapered, narrower at the top. Maybe some cool edging along the front for fingers to rest in with a switch located right about where the thumb normally rests.

Hmm, that way people could hold it like a pistol grip. Yeah, what do you all think?

LOL - Just kidding Brad !!

If it were me...... Id put the switch inside and the LED meter in the bottom. This would let you keep the same dimensions?

Your door comes off easy enough to pop off and flip a switch IMO. Not that I can say where inside.... Maybe right behind the feed tube.....

LOL IDK thinking aloud
