I was wonder in if the ikv 510 stealth canon will work with the mark IV cutlass.

Yes, the Cutlass comes standard with a large catch cup and 510 style connector, you should have no problems. If a small 510 size catch cup is installed I will mention it in the description of the mod for sale.
