I really think I could put a worker or two to work full time and still not get caught up, but as soon as you get employees the nightmares begin, or so I hear. I will continue solo for now and try to do some of everything as I can to keep me crew happy and well fed, yo ho!

Think I will knock off tho, maybe some popcorn and a movie? Wish I had some beer, pity ...

Take ur time and keep up the good work cappy.

Most wood modders have a 4 to 6 week wait time....

Take a break after my mod is done :)

They do?? Well, ahem, looks like I'm 2-4 weeks ahead of schedule, think I will take a break!! lol

Night all ..

It seems my 3 day hold turned into 4, but I think I can get back to work on batch 6 tomorrow evening. Not only setting up new equipment but had to do maintenance on others as well. I used to do preventative maintenance each weekend but it seems I've run straight for a few months without down time and the equipment is suffering for it.

Router table
3 routers
Drill Press
Band saw
2 Table saws
Belt Sander
Plunge Sander
Miter Saw
and now add a CNC machine

Good grief, I am;

Maintenance chief
Shipping clerk
Parts procurement
R & D engineer
Technical writer
Cad programmer
CNC programmer
CNC Operator
Electronics assembly
Touch up
Quality assurance
Rework
Troubleshooting tech
Public Relations

and I may have missed some

Now hiring for any of the above listed positions. I can afford to pay you in cookies, cakes, pies or other assorted treats!

Line up at the door please :D

I'll take:

R & D engineer - What I do now for a living
Cad programmer - What my degree is in
Troubleshooting tech - What I do now for a living

References supplied upon request. :p

Oh yes, I also wanted to TRY to make some of the small wood voltage displays for sale, but again, when time permits.

I would rather have the voltage meter than a caddy. Correct me if I'm wrong but won't adding a caddy increase the shipping cost due to the size of the box needed?

I agree, In fact I will give everyone on the list for batch 6 a free caddy for having to wait an extra week while I get myself sorted out.

No special requests tho, no time for that yet.
Wow cappy that is hugely generous of you! I can see myself becoming an rsm stalker as you are a true gentleman, a craftsman extraordinaire and dedicated to your customers without a hint of arrogance considering the amazing stuff you put out there!

Ahoy, good morning. I hope you all had a good weekend!

Shipping/insurance is always the same $7.85, what USPS charges me to ship. The mods only use half the shipping box, I will design the caddy so it fits in the other half, no worries. Arrrr
