that's unbelievable luck for you.... when the thing was first being discussed and everyone was trying to pick a date.. i BEGGED for one week earlier (my birthday) to no avail... the previous weekend happens to be the birthday of one of the main groups child

don't jump to fast to worry about overbooking... some people may end up just needing a warm floor to pass out on LOL
for the most part i think the schedule of events is... show up. meet everybody.. hit the lounge vaping and drinking.. hit the meeting room vaping and drinking... hit the rooms vaping and drinking.... pass out... wake up.. start again...
this of course does not mean you will not fit in if you don't drink...
this simply means it's the only guaranteed plans that i know of thus far

There are plenty of places in the area (from what I hear) to have drinks though if you are there early. After we all leave the meeting room, we can go out or invade everyone's rooms!!!

There are several bars and restaurants in the Central Park area of Fredericksburg that are friendly to Vapers. (One exit south of the hotel exit.)

I spoke with the hotel this morning and there are only 3 rooms booked so far.

conrad - Yep... that is one of them! They have a Karaoke thing going on Monday nights that is very Vaper friendly.
