Riva battery not working

I just got a Riva and the battery isn't working anymore. Well it working the first time until the light flashed and then I charged it on the usb charger. After a couple hours I woke up, took it off the charger and threw a atomizer on there. I press the button and nothing. The light won't even come on on the button.

Help? please

There is no Warranty on the Riva Batt as far as I know they are only warranted for DOA so buy saying it worked your out of luck unless the supplier you purchased it from warrants it for you or you purchased a Kit, the Kits I believe might have a warranty. Your best bet is to check the Eastmall Site to see what the Warrant is on a Kit if you purchased it that way, but as a single batt or in the 3 pack they sell, NO Warranty. I had my first Batt go today as well and it was only 3 weeks old. Glad I have 15 or so of them for back up,

I bought the kit three days ago. I used the battery for a bit like the manual states and then charged while I slept. Then woke up took it off the charger, it was green, and the button won't even light up...

I guess I'll have to contact the supplier.

The supplier said that they would replace the battery free of charge. So far my dealings with < Snip > was and will hopefully be great. I mean the day after I ordered I had a nice little package sitting by my door.

1- if you buy your RiVa from Eastmall --

we give a 6 month warranty on the kit

and 3 month warranty on the batteries in the kit

as well as a doa replacement warranty-

Eastmall will give 6 months on warranty for RiVa kit
and 3 months on battery

RiVa batteries bought separate or in bulk packs have no warranty, but are covered for DOA.

however, you should realize that our Eastmall warranty only applies to purchases from Eastmall, we do not warrant for other sellers, they should have their own warranty - and customer service in place

when purchasing from another seller- you are obliged to return to that seller for any issues,

we are more than happy to give advice tho to all RiVa users.

I am happy to see that your seller is a good one,

and they did have all this in place and will honour their warranty and give good customer service.

The Box is from Home Depot everyone, they are only $10 on sale right now and made by Stanley the tool company. They fit 30ml bottles of juice just perfectly as well as Attys and Batts even Mods and everything is adjustable, meaning all the little sapces can adjust to whatever size you want them, So ya its a great box for Ecigs, Juice and all your vaping needs. I have 4 of them and use everyone just for my vaping stuff.

And Blue you cant have my collection but if ya ever find yourself in a jamb I would help ya out in a heartbeat and overnight you anything your needed OK
