or radioshack has them to. cheap digital meters are all you need.
The best thing to get is a "cartometer" or ohm-meter. I have two. You can build on it instead of on the mod or having to use a multimeter. I bought one from Indy Vapor and another from VapeRev. They quickly go out of stock where they are carried, but you can find one if you look around. 20 bucks or so. It's a good thing to have around and if you are technically challenged like I am, it's idiot proof. Just screw on the atty and turn it on. Voila
I have the atomizer ohm meters and use them, but nothing beats a regular multi-meter, I also have one and use it. If I could only get one it would be the multi-meter. It allows you to check for shorts after the RBA is installed on the Reo the carto-meter only checks the RBA before installation. the multi-meter can also be used to track down issues and test battery voltages.
Don't forget you can add a spare RBA base and some leads and turn your cartotometer into a forensic resistance meter and meter your build while it's on your mod
Sorry hub hadn't seen this post. I use Darkzero's micro coil jig. There's a small mandrel and slightly larger one, I use the larger one. I think the smaller mandrel is 1/16" and the slightly larger one is 5/64"? Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I just wanted to say thank you to super_x for the kick a@# video tutorials on micro coil building and everyone for this thread. Super_x, you have put a lot of time and effort into this and it has been so helpful to me. I have been vaping since 2009, before there was much of an internet community out there to support it, and somehow found my way to Reos and 510s and 901s. That's really all I used once I found them. But this thread and the videos over the last year got me into rebuilding the RM2 and I am really grateful. I was spending 50 bucks at a time on 901 attys (ouch!). Now I am off the grid completely since January 2013, just a spool of 28g Kanthal and some cotton and I am set with the "Reomizer". I do have other rebuildables now, and love them. But it was here that started it all for me. I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you. I'm getting the best vape ever now, and never could have done it without this resource.

Reason I asked was that I wrap on 5/64" drill bit, 28gauge, 8 wraps for 1.2 ohms. Thanks.
Y'all have to check out this jig. @flavored did a video on it over in the big micro coil thread. It's the easiest way to make a perfect pro tension wrapped micro coil you can imagine.
No more heating and squeezing, you just keep your wire on the spool, wrap the end around the vertical piece (or under the nut and bolt that I added) hold your spool of wire and turn the handle on the jig.

If you install the nut and bolt you eliminate wrapping the wire around it like he does initially. The nut and bolt was also his idea. We need to get him vaping REOs now.
