what does unflavored taste like?
I sometimes vape unflavored 14 mg 100% vg and it basically just has a sweet taste to it.
what does unflavored taste like?
According to Russ, it tastes exactly like cigarettes. I tried it. Depending on amount of nicotine it ranges from nothing to nothing with a dash of pepper.
Had a cigarette yesterday (stress, and my first vape-aversary). It's disgusting. Definitely worse than unflavored nic.

Thank you TM and the answer to that would be "no" because I can't figure out how to get the coils and air hole in the correct position from the way you described it.
When I vape my Reo is positioned so that the button is facing down (towards the dimple in my chin) and the RM2 is pointed so the centre of my coil is straight up ( pointing towards the tip of my nose). The air hole I try to get so it is smack dab in the middle of my coil, both in width ( eg if it was a 10 wrap, try for wrap 5 - but I can never get that exact) and height, I prefer the air to hit the coil directly, not flowing ove or under.
Sorry if that doesn't make sense.
Also, I could be totally wrong, but this is how I enjoy it. S_X_D and others with more experience are way better to listen to then me.
Good luck.
Liveone, can you post a pic?
I have found that very close wraps, touching wherever possible, with some random tiny gaps are good. No need to tweeze-squeeze em. Just push em together cold with your finger against the plastic part of the needle. I preburn my wire before wrapping the coil.
Additionally, with cotton, it takes about 5-6 break-in hits for the flavor to get right.
Is your airhole situation good (just asking cause it has come up several times over the last several days) ?![]()

This one is about 1.7 ohms with cotton. Lot of throat hit but muted flavors. Tried moving the coil up and down in relation to the airhole but not hitting any sweet spots. Thanks for looking!![]()
When in doubt, always squonk.
I like the peppery taste of nic-gum....![]()
Super_x_drifter, a quick question. You probably already stated it and I missed it but what is the reason for heating the wire prior to making a coil?
it burns off machine oil but also makes the wire easier to set and less 'springy' when you wrap it.
