I don't know if that tip is still available, but you can always request them to make you a similar one. That is a very pretty tip!

A few custom tips I had Sagewood come up with, I simply asked for certain colors and lengths and they filled in the blanks. I'm kind of a plain, not over the top DT person, but these sure do look great to me.
The white is Pearl White in a Honeycomb pattern. The others were just simply, primarily black, some red and little white and then primarily black, some green, little white.
