Yes that looks like a button protector. You will have less chance of depressing the button if you carry it in your pocket with the protector on. I forgot that you have zero nic juice. Yes, you may need nic. I did not quit smoking until about 2 weeks after I got my first ecig :) But, I started with nic. I actually started with 18 mg and it was much too low. I moved up to 36 mg and that did the trick. After several months I dropped down to 24 mg and that seems to be a good level for me.

I have a slight problem with the flavor I vaped (Tuti Fruti). It seems to linger in my nostrils and I don't like the after taste lingering. I may try one of my other flavors tomorrow. I've got tobacco and coffee to choose from? If there was a way to make the taste milder , I would.

........and I have a slight belly ache too.

Anyhow , I suppose vaping is a bit like a 'cigarette analogue'. One has to slowly get used to it?

Maybe I vaped to much on my first day? I had about 40 puffs.

Sellaman,

I'm on my third Scotch of the night so I am not going to give advise tonight but you need to contact us via email soon. We will make an exception in our shipping to Aussie with you and get you set up with both the kit and the juice you need. Yes that is a button protector and to be honest it's quite useless unless you carry in your jean pocket quite often. 0 nic juice isn't going to do it for you. Send us an email with what your "goal" is and we can help you out. sales@vaporjunction.com

Seems like your taking shots in the dark here and thats just not right.

We will need your full address so we can get a shipping quote and add it to the store. Please send that in your email.

Thanks

I think I have discovered my problem. I am getting a reaction to the raw e- juice. To be more precise, I'm getting a bad reaction to every flavor I have tried. It's the smell of the flavor in e-juices that make me sick. I am almost 99% certain of that now.

I planned not to vape today and I didn't vape. But I filled a cartomizer with a Tobacco flavored juice and just the smell of the juice made me slightly sick and it also gave me a belly ache.

So , my next step is to dilute the flavour by using some extra plain PG or VG or just vaping extra plain PG or VG without any flavor.

And , can someone tell me if extra plain PG or VG juice has an smell in liquid form or is it odourless?
Does extra plain PG or VG juice have a flavor when vaped?
And , can someone tell me if nic liquid has a smell or aroma ?

I don't think it could be the smell of the flavoring that is making you sick? Unless you also get sick when you smell those foods? It is food flavoring so I don't know but this is the first that I have heard of anyone having a reaction to the smell of the flavorings. I just have no clue at all. It is Flavour Art flavoring that you have and it is a very high quality food flavoring. It is edible and used in flavoring many different types of food. I am really just at a loss.

Oh and VG and PG have no smell at all that I am able to detect.

I get sick when I smell something strong, like car fresheners. They make me really sick.

The flavoring in the Tuti Fruti juice I've got is way too strong for me so I'm going to dilute it maybe with unflavored PG or VG base. It kept on repeating on me all night. So far the tobacco juice I started to vape seems OK.
I ordered some unflavored PV and VG juices to dilute it with. I bought in 30 ml bottles ....100%PG Propylene Glycol PG B.P ....and.... 80%PG/20%VG Propylene Glycol PG USP/EP-VG/BP....and....100%VG Pure Vegetable Glycerine

Are those above bases the right stuff to dilute ordinary juices?

You know what I just remembered? The flavors that you got are called doublers! That means that they are extra strong and meant to be diluted with nic and PG/VG so they may really be way too strong! Did you try diluting with PG or VG yet? I had forgotten about that but that is what you got. They are intended to be diluted so made much stronger for that purpose :)

Plus, I did have a few flavors that made me a little queasy in the beginning. They were very sweet flavors. For awhile I thought it was the nic but it was the fact that they were just too sweet :) I saw a thread today where another new member was talking about getting a little sick to his stomach and many others told him that it goes away after awhile which is very true.

a quick note to sellaman. I haven't forgot about you bud. We got your information and having to code a module for shipping to Aussie. Takes a bit of time which is good because our new shipment of dual coils didn't go out until today. Still trying to figure out the best shipping method. If we ship priority which is our preferred method shipping is $34.00 which is a bit steep. Anyways just wanted to let you know that we are working on it.

Thanks

Well to reply to both your posts in one go....simply.....I think I'm allergic to the chemicals in ordinary juice's flavoring which are diacetyl and stevia. I ordered lots of different organic flavors , some with nic and some without. And some 100% VG and some 50/50 PG and VG.

I still have to work out if PG or VG is better for me too. There is so much I have to figure out but I'm making great progress because I've been working on it, non-stop.

So I have ordered organic flavored juices from vaperite.com. But they may take a good 3 weeks to get to me.
so......in the meantime , I'll vape unflavored juices that I'm getting from Ecig-SA which should be here on Monday.

Anyhow , I was told about Vaporite Organic Juices by one of the Administrators of the Vapor Talk Forum. I don't know how genuine the Vaporite site is or if there is any such thing as Organic juices, so I just have to hope for the best for now.

I hope I'll be right now because my problem may have been the chemicals that make the flavors in the juices and so I have ordered organic juices made with organic flavoring.
I just wondering. I ordered from the Vaporite site in the USA using USPS First-Class Mail International Package and it was only $14!! .....maybe it will take a long time to get to me?

I have heard good things about Vaperite. I have even tried his flavors and really did not care much for them but that does not mean that you will not like them. I do not believe that there was any Stevia or diacetyl in the flavors that you already have. Flavour Art removed diacetyl from most of their flavorings. Normally vendors will tell you if they add sweetener so I really would be surprised if either of those were your issue. Many people experience slight side effects like you have when they start vaping and they go away within a short time. Maybe you will like the unflavored juice.
Good luck!

BTW - Did you know that when you smoke cigs you are getting diacetyl and PG?

Great. I hope my order does not take too long to get to me.

I've noticed quite a few vapers vape unflavored juice. I won't know if I'll like it till I try it on Monday.

I got my unflavored 100% VG and unflavored 100% PG in 30 ml bottles (0 nic) in the mail today. I tried the unflavored 100% VG and was happy that I could not smell any chemical smells in it. It vaped nicely in my Joye eGo and even though it was unflavored, I could still taste a vanilla type of taste. I got a little spaced out after about 10 puffs so I'm going to try and gradually make myself used to it. I'll have a few puffs each day until I can vape it without ant strange side effects.

I noticed that it was a lot harder to fill a cartomizer with the 100%VG because it did not flow into the 'filler' as easily as the previously used PG flavored ejuice that I tried last week.

After I get used to the unflavored 100% VG...I will try the unflavored 100% PG to see if I can detect any difference.

Well, I'm still not there yet and have a long way to go. It's going to take me a long time to vape successfully without any side effects.

If that is just plain undiluted VG you will need to thin it out with distilled water before using or it will clog your cartos quick. If you do OK with the PG hopefully you will be able to at least do an 80/20 PG/VG mix because the VG is what creates vapor which I am sure that you know by now :)
