As long as it's just a small geographic area like the City of SF that does this, I doubt it's a viable business mode to make vapers' lives more complicated. I figure most vapers who haven't gone DIY will regard it as easier to use a source outside the city limits than to start mixing stuff.
Absolutely not worth it to the vape stores. Easy to get outside the city, have a coworker that lives outside city get it for you, or just order on line. More vapors will just get supplies and make their own juice. I have already switched to making it.
The one vape/smoke shop I used to get cigs from when I was smoking is planning on closing when it takes effect. They say it isn't worth it since flavored cigs and ejuice is where most of the money comes in from.
Today, there were signature gatherers in front of Trader Joe's market on California street collecting signatures to put a measure on the ballot to overturn this bill.
The SF flavor ban does not take place until April 2018 which is only a few months before the August 2018 FDA deeming regulations will take effect. If we do not stop the deeming regs. the flavor ban will have little effect.
