Smokeless Image Customer Service TOP NOTCH

These guys deserve every dollar spent with them. After a bit of a delay (because they wanted to make sure I got what I ordered and stock was out) USPS lost my package. I contacted them, got the run around, and was told to contact the company I ordered from.

This was after they asked me if I had "checked my mailbox." :)blink: :mad:) After restraining myself from yelling "This is why you're going bankrupt!" at the poor customer service rep, I called SI and explained the situation. They solved the issue with no hesitation. I have rarely experienced customer service like theirs and I will continue to support them.

If you want a great product with great service, Smokeless Image all the way!

Yep, SI customer service is the best I've seen for any company. I'm glad they were there for you.

A side note, I hope we'll continue to try and support the USPS. To lose such an institution and the ability to send a written letter, would be a terrible tragedy. Going "private" would not solve the problems, only invite more in our troubled land. :(

Once again, SI has the best customer service in the business. I accidentally ordered the blue 900 x2 last night when I wanted the 1300. Sent them an email and low and behold, they sent me an email this morning saying its all switched and already shipped. That's amazing. Not only did I get the one I wanted without a hassle, but it was already shipped by 10:00am
