These guys deserve every dollar spent with them. After a bit of a delay (because they wanted to make sure I got what I ordered and stock was out) USPS lost my package. I contacted them, got the run around, and was told to contact the company I ordered from.
This was after they asked me if I had "checked my mailbox."

) After restraining myself from yelling "This is why you're going bankrupt!" at the poor customer service rep, I called SI and explained the situation. They solved the issue with no hesitation. I have rarely experienced customer service like theirs and I will continue to support them.
