This i about those that hassle people fpr making an effort . no one ever asked me when i was going to quit smoking when i did . they are now asking when i am going to quit vaping . i tell them never plan on it , it either the e-cig or a real cig . they then try to make a case about safety this and that and can not believe it is safer than cigs . when they hassle me too much i get a cig light it up and blow it towards them and then take a puff off the ecig and blow it towards them to compare the smells of the 2 . most do not like the smoke and do not mind the vapor . when i ask wich is better the mouths tend to stay shut.
So when are you going to quit that thing ?

Just ignornace, I tend to mostly hie my vaping in public unless I feel like spreading the word. People just don't get it, it is to new of a product that people have never seen.....The vapor itself looks ... evil...I love it. Nicotine itself is not that unhealthy....in moderate uses of course.
Nicotine use is the next big breakthrough in preventing Alzheimers and Parkinson's. I'm never going to stop. NEVER. EVER. And just incase there is any doubt...go ahead and try, you'll have to pry it from my cold dead hand. Left hand specifically.
I usually ask them why they feel I should quit.... and them hit them with all the info I've learned here!

It's almost like asking me when I would stop drinking coffee 
I don't have definite plans to quite vaping as I now realized, it's not just nicotine that I'm addicted to. It's the whole act in itself. I want to have something like a cig that I puff while I'm in deep thought and such and when I'm stressed. Which means at one point, I can practically take my nic level to 0 and still vape.

Totally agree! I am so tired of people saying "when are you going to quit sucking on that thing" !!!!!
I got almost the same comment from my mother. First she said, "You're still using that thing?" Yeah like I only quit smoking a few days ago. Then it was, "when are you going to stop?" When I told her I had no plans she informed me that I was still smoking. Sigh...

Ok, I have to say this. Has anyone here watched TinMan on SciFi? the 6 part remake of Wizard of OZ. It is an amazing movie btw. But the old wise man behind the curtain so to speak, was high on vapors that the evil queen had got him hooked on. So every time I read the word "vapeing" thats what I think about and him high as kite on a pillow lol

Reminds me of when some random person would walk up to me and say "Smoking is bad for your health" and I would reply "Walking up to strangers and saying that could be very bad for yours"
