I am closing in on one year tobacco-free (2/26). To this day, my wife still says, "yes, but you are still smoking that thing". In this situation, I applaud myself for giving up the cigarettes and have to ignore her ignorance. My next goal will be to give up vaping and be nicotine-free. I do not know how long that will take, but I feel pretty comfortable that giving up incinerated tobacco can be nothing bu good.

Get your wife a kit and some good 0-nic cheesecake juice (or whatever she likes to indulge in) and get her into it!

I quit analogs accidentally the day I got my first ecig after 27 years of smoking. Now I have a 510, KR808D, and a BB.

First my smoker friends were like "wtf is that thing"...which went to "wow, you really quit smoking" to "how does it work?". I started loaning out one of mine to friends that asked me about it so they could try it out. To date FIVE of them have gotten their own and quit analogs! In addition, two of my nonsmoker friends have gotten one to vape zero nicotine flavors!

Anyone who dares to ask me when I am going to quit vaping is met with a firm but lighthearted "THE TWELTH of NEVER!"

(I will say my initial motivation to buy an ecig to save money has gone completely down the toilet because I love these things SO much I am constantly buying more juice or equipment.)

I heard it from my mom today. I was on the phone with her and let her know that I've been without a cigarette for nearly four months. She was really happy, of course, and she knew I used an e-cig to quit. Apparently, she didn't realize that I still use the e-cig. Her response, 'oh you gotta get off that ....'. Thanks mom. Its times like these that I'm glad we have 3500 miles between us...

It's been my experience that people are pack animals that are constantly looking for acceptance from others in the herd.
Hmmmm, I never thought of that before, I will have to give that some thought.

I know my dog is a pack animal, which is very obvious, but to think we are too is interesting.
It might shed some light on a lot of things in life if I give it some deep thought.

I think some RY4 is just what I need for some deep thought.
