I have the same problem with single coil RDAs. No shops around me stock any. Most of the employees say that I am stuck in the past and need to upgrade to duals, or that I would be better off with a drop in coil sub ohm tank. I just tell them "I guess my money will stay mine" and walk out. I have only bought one or two of my RDAs in person, and I'm forced into online shopping. Some of these vape shops just don't realize how to maximize profits.

Look on the bright side.Now that it's been declared dead,we should be able to find some killer deals in the clearance sections on that old useless squonk stuff,maybe i should of waited a few more days before buying my newest addition,i might of got it half off haha.

When I was late 20s early 30s, people were saying Rock is dead. Thirty plus years later and a lot of young people are discovering classic rock bands like Queen, Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd. It's all new to them and it's blowing their minds. If you go to YouTube and search for "reaction to rock songs" you'll see what I mean. The reactions to Bohemian Rhapsody are priceless.
We have two vape shops in my town now. Never been to either. I get all the info I need here, all the equipment I need online and mix my own juice.
I know that at least one of those shops has the right attitude. It was started by a couple who just want to help people get off tobacco. I feel kinda bad that I never give them any business.

The Vape store was a large store, largest I've seen in this country...2 floors with the second floor consisting of Hoka devices, even a couch/chair coffee areas on both floors. It's just the way his eyes kept following me while I vaped with my sqounker...it was like I was not doing or using the right device for vaping. And the shaking of his head like I knew nothing about vaping. I've vaped now for almost 10 years and tried various forms, ranging from Ferrari smokeless cigarettes-drippers, tanks, sqounkers, etc. I'm just glad I've finally found a way to stop the analogs and vaping was the answer. As far as which device to use, my answer is whichever works for you. "My choice" these days and for the past few years has been sqounking. I would never belittle anyone else's choice of vape devices. Bottom line, if your vaping instead of smoking, you are doing the right thing.
You should gather a bunch of vapers together, all using squonk mods, and enter that store. Everyone should approach him individually and proceed to ask about what squonk mods he has, while vaping their squonkers. If all goes to plan, his head should explode about half way through the visit.
Funny thing, if sqounking is dead, I have a couple not yet born cause they are in "Pre-order". lol
I used to travel a lot when Early in my vaping. It was exciting to get a free couple hours and go to a couple of vape shops to try flavors. They never tasted the same when I v a ped them the next day. Still, I visited with others.
B&Ms are just as previously said. Very tight expenses compared to the internet warehouses that buy in bulk. Salesforce is minimum wage and poorly experienced. It is just a tough business model.

Great. Now you tell us Squonking is dead. I won two dead squonk boxes I guess. And just when I was getting them figured out. I wonder if I could hold my finger over the BF hole and still use the rda without harming myself? Maybe I'll take someone's advice and use the bottle space for extra liquid. Some cheap bubble gum should plug up that pesky useless hole in the BF pin. I just hope egos aren't coming alive again. They helped when needed and are dead to me now. I'm not digging up the backyard to revive them even if the squonk boxes need Graves. They can die in my hands as I happily squonk away. Sigh Maybe next time I can win something still living.
There are dozens of Elvis persona's in the Capitol of Sin (mostly street or casino entertainment for the 42 million plus people that on average visit here every year, but some are certifiable basket cases). A few of the local street gypsies claim to know which one of them is the real King of R&R.
It's all good....I still like vinyl records, standard transmissions, I love America and I'm still with my first wife after 27 years.... Squonking? Just another example of my resistance to evolution.
@Jet Knight – obviously this employee/owner has no clue what the hell he is talking about. And even if there was a once of truth to his claim, you just don’t say that to a customer. Poor business practice and if I were you I’d leave a constructive review on Google or Yelp – doesn’t have to be negative in a trolling kind of way, but just point out that you were not comfortable with the employee’s comment.
I personally enjoy hitting up a new shop with some old gear. It just messes people all up, lol. Slide in a shop with a Foggatti hybrid or a Kraken on a Kylin, people have no clue what's going on, lol.
What would have been truly terrifying would have been if he took your squonker from you and given it a quick diagnosis, and handed it back, saying, "YOUR squonker is dead."
The good news is you didn't let him get his ham fisted hands on your equipment I assume...
