Status of KBV store and ordering

Store is closed until Friday, we can squeeze a few more "offline"orders in if needed. I always leave room for a few because I know several people still prefer to pay using "that other way" ;-)

Hi zbasspro, I have just left a message on your FB page too. Are you still not shipping international, or has that changed? I don't see the notice on your website anymore, or any notice regarding your shipping policies. Maybe it was never there, and I'm confused? Anyway, PLEASE answer me as soon as possible. I need some RCT !!!

We currently don't ship Internationally. I wish I could tell you for sure that would change but I can't. We are having to provide documentation to our current merchant account about the legalities of ecigs and what we are providing, it is illegal to ship nicotine to many countries and the one we currently use will not allow it. We will be adding an additional merchant account after the 1st of the year and that may possibly change but as of now we simply can't Sorry

We will try to have the store open by 7 Eastern and extend the opening as much as we possibly can while ensuring all orders are processed next week. We also resolved the issue with the tobacco flavorings and will be listing the RY4, replenishing the 555, and relisting the "Phillip More or less"!!! We will reopen with an extended line of tobacco flavors and the possibility exists that we will offer sample packs of the tobaccos pre-mixed to start in two strengths @ a 70% PG ratio. We're thinking a 5-6ML sample pack but that is just a thought right now. There is a lot to figure out with bottles/costs and how long to steep them since they wold be pre-mixed.

Sorry about inventory issues, we didn't expect the rush we are receiving since we announced in advance the closing. We have taken around 100 orders already and many people order the same thing so 50 units can go fast

We are monitoring ordering closely but at this rate won't make morning if we expect to stay on the 96 hour 4 business day shipping schedule. We are also pushing the limit on our monthly merchant account limit with the heavy ordering from this week as well. We're doing the best we can and will be mixing double shifts next week.

I opened the store, some changes took place with Visa and MC as of the 1st of the year so I'll see the 1st few orders through. We may have to re-program a thing or 2 but I think we're good to go

I forget what thread it was posted in but from what I recall the cinnamon used in cinnamint is safe for tanks. Don't quote me on it but it is what I seem to remember.

I really like the sweet tea. I have rasberry in 40/60 but next time I will be trying the 30/70 which is my usual mixture
