but i dont lol only ones i do have is - counut cream pie
peach
sugar cookie
cookies n cream
monster
creme de menthe
double dutch
butter cream
cotton candy
eggnog
razzleberry
maraschino cherry
ice tea
cinnamon roll
vanilla bean ice cream
maple pecan
chocolate mint
blueberry cottoncandy
caramel candy
candy cane
gummi bear
jolly rancher
sweet cream and butterscotch

*EDIT* cotton candy i do have - i would suggest starting at 14% then go up as needed and remember dont vapor at high voltage/wattage taste is off lol

cinnamon roll to me is spot on around 17%... remember im using those %'s with VG base and VG nic so only the flavor is PG

I'll also be doing all-VG (at least to start). My nic base is VG. Good to know that MBV and FW are the same flavorings; if I like any I'll probably re-order from FW instead....

Are any of the creams any good? Butter cream, coconut cream, eggnog, vanilla ice cream? These are the kinds of flavors I've been looking for (particularly to mix with fruits). Is your peaches and cream a DIY combo, or a straight flavor?

Also, I got the cotton candy as a sweetener for other stuff; not sure I'd like that straight. I'll let you know what I think of the Pineapple Upside Down cake.

I'm kind of surprised at the amounts that MBV and FW recommend for flavorings - 15% to 50%, which seems like a lot compared to some of the recipes I've seen. Are these more dilute than some other flavoring offerings?

They only need to be charged in pairs if you use them in pairs. I'm guessing the I4 just takes one at a time? If that's the case you can charge them singly.

im using them in my k100, so they are only used one at a time. the I4 charger has 4 charging bays (slots for batteries) but only 2 actual charging channels (slot 1/3 and 2/4 are each a channel.. kind of like computer ram in modern computers..) and if both slots of the charging channel is used, the charging is essentially cut in half to each battery. takes longer to charge, but safer if they need to be charged together.

my 18650's can be charged by themselves, and i do charge them one in each channel when they get to around 20% battery (below that my Evic seems to have less oomph. probably my imagination, but i also tend to forget to change my bateries and would end up with a empty battery before i realize it)

My experiences with doctors and ecigs are the same; they are excited that I'm using them. I have a couple of friends who have bought and felt burned by Blu's. They didn't work and didn't last. It's been difficult with no success yet of getting them to try anything else. The experience was so nasty they don't want anything labeled an ecig or vaping. Ugh.

I hope they have success. I don't know why no one has done a study using before and after test results. Several members have posted having exams before they quit and then after they started vaping, including myself. There is a positive difference. It would be more of a review of the records without a control group, but should be easy and cost effective.

I just wanted to share something I was told in my Sunday school class today. I asked a doctor in there, who specializes in lungs, and his wife who is a doctor at a nursing home what they knew about e-cigs and vaping. He looked excited but let her speak first. She said in the home the cigalikes are not working and very few will go beyond just trying and loathing them. They'd rather fight the cold and their weakness to get out into the cold than use a cigalike. They've tried Blu ,njoy and as she put it "a couple of no names". She said they are required to offer the patients alternatives to cigarettes but not cigarettes. They have not tried the vaping eGo type systems due to lack of ability to buy in quantity.
Her husband then spoke and said he loves the idea of e-cigs and vaping. I asked what about the possible health side effects, what research has he done. He said basically the jury is still out on the side effects other than he is seeing his patients that vape an eGo type system succeed at about 80% vs the cigalikes about 30% and those that are using either are healthier, blood pressure is better, breathing is better, they're feeling better, in some cases he's seeing emphysema effects getting notably better. He said he'll not worry about long term side effects because most of his patients are elderly and destined to misery anyway but what he's seeing is it's giving them a better quality of life. He said he's not a fan of them not lowering their nicotine over time because of the constriction of blood vessels stays the same as cigarettes nicotine and can have the same bad effects on the body but his patients that vape are overall more active than before switching so he's a fan of that side effect. He said he'd rather them get free from the slavery to cigarettes, even if it's not free from slavery to nicotine. He said he is a big fan of e-cigs and vaping. He said the % that haven't stopped totally smoking but are doing both have cut way back on their tobacco smoking. He said the side effects he sees so far are all positive. She then spoke again and said the nursing home she works at is considering looking for mass qualities of eGo kits but the stigma is strong. They're concerned about infirmed with eGo batteries around oxygen systems because of their lack of quality control standards in manufacture. Evidently those same lack of standards in a cigalike battery aren't a factor?

You've got me beat. I've never been farther west than Chicago. But then I don't have a life.

I was about 18 months old when my family went there. Farthest west I've been that I remember is West Virginia . Went white water rafting a few years back on the Gaulee (sp?) river. I do know we were on an 8 lane highway for a while and the ONLY thing remotely civilization the entire time in the state was a Wal-Mart. Once we turned at the Wal-Mart it was gravel roads the rest of the trip to and from the river.

the eggnog i blend with candy cane, its an unusual flavor but my BNL and myself like it, concentrations some are alot more potent than others, but FW is easier to play with without going wrong for beginning with diy jmho

*Edit* if you order from FW make sure to get a few flavors and be ready to spend $40-50 as shipping is near $13 lol and make sure u know what flavor u want before u buy:vapor: also i never went over 24% on flavor for any mix i ever done. i always start at 12% then work my way up from there

So, this is post #3000 I learned a lot so far, I still smoke, but I vape just as much if not more, I can go out with just my PV, I don't chain smoke anymore and I don't have to have a cig in the shower, and that is progress in the right direction

I found great friends here  who would have known you could do that?

Many thanks for all the help and information each of you has provided. I hope to one day do the same for you!
