Yep, a lot of people think micro coils are dangerous, but that just isn't true, yes they can be if you are sub ohming but that isn't necessary to get the increased flavor that comes from increased vapor. The increased flavor and vapor come from more coil sufrace coming in contact with the juice and you don't have to go crazy with power to get that benefit. For me a coil at 1.3 to 1.5 gives great flavor while staying safe.

I'm not sure how high you can go with the ohms on a mech and still get the great performance, but I'm doing just fine on mine with a 1.4 ohm coil and the battery is lasting almost as long as it does on the Provari which I am using several times a day to check the power left in the battery on the Nemesis.

Oh yeah, just not sure its exactly right but even with it not quite perfect I'm still chewing on huge clouds like its sub-ohming from a 2.3 ohm coil!

I had a long winded reply and the internet burped. Argh.

Check out Desert Vapes (local). They deliver to most meets with discount. Really fast shipping and good service. Kidney Puncher is another fav but they tend to do mods, however they have regular deliveries to most areas of the valley. Most B&M's have limited online sales. I don't know why that is, just started and stayed that way.

Smoke shops have to buy from licensed tobacco warehouses. Ugh. In the beginning head shops were the first vape shops (Moon's). That's improved. If you look at the location specfic section in ECF for vaping in Phoenix (V.I.P.) you'll see a sticky with up to date info on local vape shops. A few serve beverages hoping to create a hang out.

Check out Hot Rods and BRV liquids. They are popular local manufacturers.

Most local resturants and pubs don't seem to have an issue with vaping. In comparison to what I've heard about other areas of the country, Az is fairly mature vaping scene.

I think I'm having issues with the amount of alcohol used in some liquids. I was fine with 50/50 pg/vg mixes for the first 3 months, then got sick and couldn't do pg anymore. I keep trying but it's like an on/off switch. Very frustrating. I started out liking candy flavors, then tobaccos/coffees, then fruits and I'm not sure what's next. It was banana for awhile (I don't particularly like eating them). The point is expect changes the first year. I think it was more of a hurdle when changes caught me off guard.

Thanks everyone.... I'm soaking this stuff up like a sponge.. lol. Anywho the 175 was just what I spent TODAY...Gotta love income taxes. I probably already have well over 500-600 invested in what I've ordered and have on hand. There are a ton of local smoke shops that I've stopped into that mostly have garbage, but every once in a while I find something I wanna try. Zikwid in Glendale, and Xtreme Vapor also in Glendale are the only 2 actual vape shops that Ive been to. Xtreme is pricey...I had to have a Vision spinner...I read every review I could get my hands on and just had to have it...so I bought it, and paid 40 bucks for the dang thing. Too much, but I wanted it right then. And it's purple :D can't ever go wrong with purple. Im definately working on not being to hard on myself if I fall off the wagon. It seems to be working honestly. If I stress the ones I do smoke it just makes me wanna smoke more. Since 10am I've had one cigarette, with 2-3 nasty cravings but I didnt' cave!! Im gonna try to do the same tomorrow. :)Does anyone notice it's difficult to vape first thing in the morning? My throat is very dry and scratchy and I feel like my juice is too harsh. After that first cig Im good. What can I do to make it smoother in the morning?

Sorry to hear that you're still having medical issues -- you'd think in this day and age that things would be different. I hope you get it resolved quickly and get to feeling better soon.

If you do some ecig bling I want to see pics!!!

Part of the problem is I can't get a dr's appt. They are too busy. Why all of a sudden I can't take pain meds, who knows. I was supposed to go to the ER for more tests and I've put it off ... until I pretty much have to go tonight. I'm dreading it. There's a serious shortage of doctors.

I've got a pic in my head what I want. I just have to be able to sit up long enough to do it. I'm very frustrated right now. What I want is something like this

Seriously, I'd look into leaky gut and if you can, try to do the diet that helps heal it. There are a few out there, and while its pretty strict, it's temporary. You could be dealing with a situation where things that you aren't really allergic to are getting into your bloodstream causing an allergic-type reaction. This actually snowballs until you can't ingest anything without having problems. Once you heal your digestive tract you may find that you aren't having reactions to more and more things.

I'm not sure what leaky gut is, but I do have a problem with not enough stomach acid, which is why I can't digest proteins. Your right in that I was assuming it was an allergic reaction and it wasn't. For some reason now my blood is thin, this comes on top of a blood pressure drop. I'm lucky to get to 80/40. This happened at the same time my knee blew up. No warning.

Would one of those diet you're referring to be the Specific Carbohydrate Diet? If so, I found some useful links:

SCD Foods List

Recipes for the Specific Carbohydrate Diet - scdrecipe.com

Hopefully these links help you out some, Aikanae :)

That's one type--this is a great article on what it is, what it does, and how to heal it:

4 Steps to Heal Leaky Gut and Autoimmune Disease » DrAxe.com

Remember, the top foods to remove that cause leaky gut are sugar, grains, conventional meat, conventional dairy and GMO foods. The top toxic exposures to eliminate are tap water, pesticides, NSAIDS, and antibiotics but remember to always consult with your physician if he has prescribed these for you.

The Top 5 Healing Foods for Your Digestive Tract

1 Bone Broth - broth contains collagen and the amino acids proline and glycine that can help heal your damaged cell walls. I’ve had many of my patients do a bone broth fast for 3 days to help rapidly repair leaky gut.

cultured dairy to cure leaky gut#2 Raw Cultured Dairy - contains both probiotics and SCFA’s that can help heal the gut. Pastured kefir, yogurt, amasai, butter, and raw cheese are some of the best.

fermented vegetables - heal leaky gut#3 Fermented Vegetables - contain organic acids that balance intestinal pH and probiotics to support the gut. Sauerkraut, Kimchi, and Kvass are excellent sources.

coconut products to heal leaky gut#4 Coconut Products – all coconut products are especially good for your gut. The MCFA’s in coconut are easier to digest than other fats so better for leaky gut. Also, coconut kefir contains probiotics that support your digestive system.

seeds - leaky gut#5 Super seeds – chia seeds, flaxseeds, and hemp seeds are great sources of fiber that can help support the growth of beneficial bacteria.

Also, consuming foods that have anti-inflammatory Omega-3 fats are beneficial such as grass-fed beef, lamb, and wild caught fish like salmon.

Sorry to hear you're going to have to go the emergency room route -- that is no way to get proper care for an ongoing medical issue. Grrrrrrr ... I ...... at the system for you!

I love those wraps -- especially those half curl ones. Can't wait to see what you end up making.

I found this article:

Heal leaky gut syndrome by restoring stomach acid levels

I really hope this will help.

Low stomach acid is common with my disease, and while I rarely had heartburn, I have had problems completely digesting food. I do find that taking Apple Cider Vinegar 2x a day and coconut oil 3x a day really helps with digestion. I take my ACV in tablet form, as drinking it is pretty yukky, even with water and honey. :)

OUCH!! Can't like this post at all.

Hope you can get your account fixed.

It's through "Bill Me Later" which appears not associated with PayPal. Someone has tried to open 5 accounts in my name. Only one went through. But I'm sure it's made a mess of my credit. Not sure what to do with some unknown opening credit cards in my name. Whatever they bought ($550) doesn't show up in my PayPal account. I couldn't 'register' to find out because they aren't using all of my info - like SS#. I haven't heard of this one before. 2 were through Amazon, another through GE, another with Chase. I suspect I'll be getting more. I wouldn't be surprised if this is a ruse to get access to my credit report. That's where the sensitive info is. Sux. I don't need to deal with this. All of them used "Bill Me Later". How do I defend against that?

Stupid Capitol One has been sending preapproved cards in the mail too. I thought that had been made illegal. That irks me too.
