I am OVER 3 decades older than Top. What does that make me?.... Don't answer that.

Oh c'mon... how about "wise?" When I was a kid, I swear I thought anyone over 30 didn't know anything at all. Now that I'm past 50, I'm starting to understand that while the older generation may not know the latest slang, they do know a hell of a lot about life!

Happy upcoming bday Top! You're making me feel old... I'm more than a decade older than you!

I am OVER 3 decades older than Top. What does that make me?.... Don't answer that.

And it makes me feel *ancient*... I'm nearly THREE decades older than he is! :D Oh well, I guess it beats the alternative. :)

Andria

If I didn't put my age on here you would have thought im much older than I am lol. Online people always assumed im at least a decade older and I was hardly treated like a young person. Preferred it that way.

Hmm. Had an idea for my fog machine this year. Rather than a bubbling cauldron the kids get candy from, I might make a vaping pumpkin. Lol. Anyone wanna guess how many watts he will be pushing? :p

Got a single square of the Japanese cotton. Not sure that I like it any better than rayon.

Think I would rate wicking material I have used as follows: rayon > Japanese cotton square > organic cotton > silica wick. And cotton squares higher only because no lumps to work out.

Feels like I may have already posted half of this message before since it was all in my text predictions. Hmm. Or my phone just really knows me.

Yeah Claudia, but I would put my money on you in the vaping life cycle. I have never seen someone pick it up and run with it like you. You go girl! My hat is off to you.

It makes you considerably younger than I am as I'm over 4 decades older than he is. lol

Aw. But you are just a big marshmallow sweetheart. So there! I still wish I could trade in my body for a new model like with cars. My body did not keep up with me.

Wouldn't that be awesome? To keep all the knowledge we have in our heads, and attach it to a young and vigorous body. :D

Top... watch the PBusardo wicking test video...

And bring popcorn, you'll want it.

So his conclusion is that Japanese cotton wicks quicker in his tests, but cant tell a difference between it and rayon. And he thinks rayon switches flavors faster.

I like rayon. I tend to switch flavors every other tank so I don't get too used to a flavor and loose its taste for a while. Plus ive only used the Japanese cotton a little bit and don't have much to replace it with. Abd price wise u think you get a lifetime supply of rayon for about the price of a box of the cotton?

The short answer is yes, on all counts.

I'm working with a hybrid wick currently; KGD and rayon. Insane speed with longevity and fast flavor changing... it WILL happen!

Saw a tech article today (yesterday since its after midnight) about a new device that can function/read part if your brain and act like short term memory. If it works, and can be improved on im all for increasing my short term memory. Heck, let me save certain thungs to it so u can store ut there then use when I need it. Like car repair knowledge. Or the advanced sewing techniques and how to hide your seams while making it look seamless.

Ir expand it further to long term memory capabilities and be able to store/copy our knowledge and share with someone else. Getting a better understanding of something I cant quite grasp the concept of by having access to an experts memories, would be amazing. Or the ability to swap memories with significant other and finally figure out exactly what they were thinking when yiu did something stupid*.

*recently fixed heater problem. Borrowed a few space heaters from gfs coworker. Set them up in strategic places to keep water pipes from freezing, and had the circuit breaker trip on me. Found out kitchen, dining room and front room are all on the same circuit. Rest of the house has 2 circuits per room.
Went downstairs to flip the bteaker and noticed I had an unlabeled brwaker tripped. Followed the wires to the heater. Reset the circuit and heater fired right up.

Well I hit 3 digits today; 100 days smoke-free! 1500 cigarettes not smoked! Which must be why this cold I have is the mildest cold I've had in 40 yrs. :D

Yesterday, I kept seeing that '99 days' and that silly song kept going thru my head... "99 days of vape on the wall, 99 days of vape..." :D

Hey did anyone wake up to snow this morning? I was shocked! Here in SC it rarely snows, usually an ice storm, and usually in February. This is my view from the screen porch this morning:

 OMG!

That's wild! I've seen snow here this early exactly once in my life (53 yrs) -- it snowed on Halloween, sometime in the early 90s.

Really hoping we don't get any of that crap this year; had it twice last winter, back in Jan and Feb of this year, and that's plenty for the next decade. :D

Me too! I thought it was a gentle rain but my youngest said "the whole yard is white, come look if you don't believe me!" It was gone by noon, mostly melted by 3:00. Thank goodness!!!

Today is my sister's birthday. She said her husband planned something for her birthday and caused H E L L to freeze over!!!![emoji48]

We are going to have our first hard freeze tonight in the Nashville area, down to between 24 and 28 degrees. There was a dusting of snow about 1/2 hour east of Nashville last night. Crazy weather. We also had the wettest October on record.

Had my medical stress test for my heart yesterday and passed it. The drug they gave me made me feel nasty. They had me lie on the exam table and squeeze a ball in my hand and wiggle my toes during the test. It was so weird it was funny to me. Finally got the neurosurgeon appointment set for the Monday before Thanksgiving.

First frost here tonight... 31 degrees I think I heard. I brought my aloe in, a few nights ago when it went below 40. Gotta keep my aloe babies alive thru the winter, I'm such a klutz in the kitchen. :D
