The 5 wrap (although I did 6) on the 7/64" bit. 1.3 ohms. Still working on the wick however.

7 wrap 3/32 is money, it's my build now thx. I'll play with coil placement as there's nothing else to do with this rba. Hopefully SM has a light version or something in the pipeline soon, this is so good nothing else to fiddle with now.
And see, that's my Kayfun Lite build...which just did NOT want to work for me in the KF4...
Just goes to show you how subjective every aspect of vaping can be, and henceforth, how futile 99% of the arguments within the industry can be!
Anyone not like theirs and want to sell? I got a VS dna40 and don't want to mess around with two diff builds. I can't find anyone selling authentics anymore, but would like another. I don't care if used, but needs to be like new.

Maybe just ask someone to PM you if they don't like their K4. Take it off-thread. They'll get it.
Well, day 2 of having the K4. Not a single gurgle. No leaking. No spit back. This has got to be the new standard that all other atomizers need to aspire towards. Svoemesto knocked it out of the park with this one.
I ordered from the SM shop, delivery via DHL. Inside was the Kayfun box in bubblewrap and the P3 connector and some kanthal D I ordered, also in bubble wrap. Plus a nice little keychain double screwdriver.
So... my first coil. 28awg 8 wraps around 2.5mm drill bit, wanted 1.4 Ohms, came out 1.6 (although I used the steam-engine calculator). But then again, the coil wasn't perfect 2.5mm at the end. Then some KohGenDo and Captivape 100VG Banana Cream Pie 6mg. It VAPES, gentlemen. P3, 13,6W 3B. I just wanted to vape it, regardless. I don't have a reference point, as this is my first RTA, first coil, first wicking. A few drags and im nicked up (..which is no wonder as I spent 410ml of blood today)... The taste, well it's still muted for me but better than BVC definitely, and the juice is not very flavour-strong. Gonna vape this a bit and in the meantime make another coil. The draw - a lung hit for me.. Haven't regulated the air control much.
The quality of the V4 - supreme, as expected.
Gonna cut down on nic for sure. And.. build builds.

Nope, a bit loose 2.5mm ID. A noob with a drill bit, so to say.
Don't have ceramic tweezers yet, so I'm working with pliers after heating it up.
Now I have 0.30mm, 6 wraps, 2.5mm ID, 1.4 Ohms with a The O.B. 70/30juice 3mg, trying to get the watts right. Gurgling a bit...
Have to get used to the taste. It's different to to the BVC. Maybe its the KGD..

KGD is awesome to wick with. I've tried regular organic cotton balls and Rayon and KGD is my favorite. There's not really a break-in time and it's easy to work with because of the sheets.
Take a left at the stop light. Go three miles to stop sign. Turn right. Follow road around lake aprox 7 miles. Second stop sign, turn left. Classies are a quarter mile down on your right.
