Maybe I missed something. Is there a benefit to informing the members of this thread what their serial numbers are? Are we trying to determine a range of valid numbers or something?

I would have returned it. As they clearly stated this as a valid method to distinguish the original from the clowns.... or they knew you would directly forward it to China...

Even if, now I definitely have a "collectors item" as every other auth should be perfectly aligned

Well, yes I would have. But only as I live quite near the Intaste shop. But you definitely now have a collectors item

I posted my picture of my serial #, because there was a brief discussion about the holograms and authenticity. I would never brag about paying such a high price for a piece(s) of stainless steel

Looks like a fake Bronze, Maytag has never used stickers like that. Sorry.
