No offense by me, as you said it's all opinion. The "incomplete"ness of it is what I personally like, it's clean and simple looking. The few parts are amazingly made and finished, no frills. V4 is the epitome of Germany though, robust looking, solid, and technical...ready to invade countries lol. Both nice, but very diff.
I do think the Erlk needs to be seen and held to appreciate it looks better filled but still a plain looking for a pic.
I love how this conversation has remained very "room temperature" all because everyone is stating their OPINIONS, and we all know it...
Gosh, why can't ALL
vape convos go this way???

Thanks for the picture! It gives me a great angle to point out what it is that bothers me about the aesthetics of the Erl...
First and foremost, that bottom cap thing...with the weird ridges on it...totally disrupts the connection to the
mod for me. I like a clean, almost transition-less connection...like the KF4 with a P3 or SM adapter.
Secondly, and this is if they cleaned up the bottom cap, I can't stand the funky looking top cap. I understand it serves a functional purpose, but why can't it look incognito?
The center part is too Kayfun-esque for me to really pick apart, cuz let's face it...all RTA's are gonna have some kind of chimney.
I just wish they'd smooth out those end-cap-type sections, and make it more hybrid looking. But I also understand that it IS a -different- looking atty, and therein lies the attraction for some. At least it's not like the Nautilus/Atlantis line, with their super outdated knurling around the base...ugh, Aspire really shot themselves in the foot there!
Again,
all my own opinions, and ignorance too! Not stated to offend anyone, just stated to participate in a healthy conversation!
I've never held/operated an Erl in person, and many people say that pictures really do the Erl no justice...I'm fine with that. I've seen plenty of gorgeous mods/atties take god-awful pictures, so I can understand that it may be something I missing from a hands-on experience.
