IDK, are you on v1.4? So if you look at the temperature below the battery indicator it displays what you set the temp to when you exit the menu?
Mine does this too. My temp is set to 400F but when I came out of the menu it said 197F and then went to 400F when I hit the fire button.
Does anyone know what the specific differences between the 350j and 330j chips are?
I've been reading this thread for a while and only made 1 post here. Been waiting till I could grab a 350j board (and another China mod that is not the subject here so won't mention it) to test but haven't found any available yet... anybody know of any boards available in the US... Yihi wants 70 bucks plus shipping from China and a minimum MOQ....

The SX330 V4S is the mainstream board that gets sold to p4y / sigelei. Its cheaper, less accurate, and buck only. Also doesn't have the 4 different modes, soft, standard, etc, or bypass mode, or a gravity sensor. Those seem to be the main things that stick out to me.

As for the possible screen glitch it's not so much a glitch as I see it as it taking an initial fire to refresh the temperature. IDK perhaps it's displaying something I'm not aware of intentionally. As far as RMA process it will probably be dealing with Yihi and ship to China but you could take that up with the vendor should you purchase..

I see what you mean now.. Mine does it also.. One button press, and it goes away. Hopefully, a firmware revision will be along soon..
I posted a msg on the Supplier Varitube SXmini thread asking about this. Hopefully Onedesign1 will answer by tomorrow. Perhaps it's reading and displaying something for future use in it's algorithm... Not sure but it really doesn't affect anything as far as I can tell.
The joy of having a chip that is user upgradeable.

Is it possible to show the battery life remaining when in TC mode as opposed to the temperature you set it at?
ok i have a problem. Pros doing something wrong. Whatever atty i put on this thing in Joule mode it reads 0.14 ohm resistance. If I change to power, it reads right pretty much but goes back to 0.14 when i change back to joules. Ni, Ti, magma or subtank same result.....any ideas?? Vapes fine with kanthal in power mode...help!!
