Found this, so basically - they bought commercially available annealed Ti Grade 2:

HEAT TREATMENT OF CP TITANIUM GRADE 2
- Carbon 0.8 max
- Nitrogen 0.030 max
- Oxygen 0.25 max
- Iron 0.30 max
- Hydrogen 0.015 max
- Titanium balance
Commercially Pure Titanium Grade 2 - All Metals & Forge Group
- Anneal
- Hold at 1103° to 1400F (595° to 760°C) for two hours
- Air cool
- Stress relive by holding at 1004° to 1103°F (540° to 595°C) for 15 to 30 minutes
- Air cool
- Intermediate and final annealing in inert gas or vacuum
- Perform final heat treatments in vacuum
The best part is it took you less than a year (per their website) of research to find that.
