I bought one of these and I am using the already slotted DCC's and they flood and gurgle constantly. The Tank itself does not leak but the leaking seems to come from the bottom of the carto, heaps of juice. I have tried 3 0f the five pre-slotted DCC's and it has all been just a mess.I am not game to try another as I have lost about 15 Mls of liquid in 3 days. I see how everyone raves about these and I am sure the tank is ok but help if you can as I would like to get what you people are experiencing.

I have read most of the threads and watched the Vids, I just don't get it as I am not new to this vaping.

Any ideas?

Just received one yesterday,, I had the same problem at first. Seems when I was filling the tank a lot of the juice went into the carto from the top, it was quite flooded and gurgled for a while. What I did was to raise the tank up to cover the slot until the gurgling stopped and then moved the tank back down. Works great now, second tank. On the filling thing I need a top for the bottle that has a longer tip so that I can reach further into the tank gap to fill with.

Man, that's not good. I haven't had that, so I'm thinking out loud here. The tank seems to work, but the cartomizer is failing somehow... perhaps they were damaged by cutting. Try filling one dual coil by the dripping method (off your PV) without dripping into the center tube. If it drips out the end at all, the center tube may have been cut. If it doesn't drip, it shouldn't leak out the end while in the tank, either.

Understanding you're not a newbie, here are general questions so people can try to diagnose long-distance:
  • What tank are you using? Dual coil 5.5 or 3ml?
  • What type of dual coil cartomizer are you using? Regular or mega?
  • What's your juice PG/VG/H20 ratio?
  • What type of device are you using?
  • Are you filling into the tank with the carto threads up or polyfill up
  • Are you pre-filling your carto before putting it in the tank?

Slide the tank up so that it covers the holes and vape off the extra juice then slide it back down. It should take care of the gurgling and leaking issue. If the leaking continues, it's a bad carto.

No big deal....I'm gonna place another order....I'm trying to wait for the stainless version to come out. I keep mentioning the stainless but no one seems to wanna talk about it.

On another forum, the maker said on July 6: "Soon, Very Soon. And yes the first size will be the 3ml and the 5ml with either reg, LR, or Dual Coil."

Anyone out there have a "Hex - original copper Mod?" I bought one recently for using at work! My GLV mini is getting banged up because I can take it anywhere with the liquinator attached to it. The Hex Mod is 3.7 volts. My Super Mini GLV is 3.7 volts.
I use the AW ICR 123 750 mah batteries in the glv . and for the Hex I got the AW 14500 750 mah batteries...

My question is this.... If both are 3.7 volts. AND If I take the liquinator off the Super Mini GLV and place it on the "HEX" how come I can't get the same performance and taste. The "Hex" does not put out nearly enough Plumes of vapor as the Super Mini does???

I like the looks of the HEX and I want to use it but do not like how it performs..... It says I can go to 6 volts using (2) CR2 batteries for 6 Volt vaping. If I go that rout wich carto should I get.... I never even tried 6 volts..... For my liking I do like the LR Boges and they say 2.0 ohms. Those on my 3.7 volt Super Mini GLV is perfect but I need to replace that Mod with a tougher one....

Please help If anyone has a HEX !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Skin you would need to use a 3 ohm boge or the like at 6v. should work out fine.

The gurgling issue and leaking issue is as I said before. If you are able to cover the slits and it goes away you are fine but if you have tried that and have gone through a few new cartos then it is the juice you are using. If you are using two juices mixed together and one is thicker than the other it will flood and not work. If the juice is the wrong consistency it will flood and not work. I went through 9 cartos thinking they were all bad then realized it was the juice I was using. I took 3 control cartos and filled each with a different juice. the carto with the juice I had issues with before leaked and gurgled. The other two were just fine. It is something about pressure or weight of the juice. Maybe the thicker juice separates and pushes on the thinner juice causing it to flood or something like that. It is strange but it seems to be the cause unless you just have a bunch of bad cartos or you are getting juice in the center tube.

Thanks Doots.....
I guess I got confused or confused my self.... I didn't know two different Mods Both at 3.7 volts, with different size batteries (Fully charged) could produce a different experience using the same Liquinator! I always thought the carts, aties, Ce2's could makes the difference not the Mod!

I wouldn't think they should if they are both 3.7V. I have an Icon and Prodigy, both at 3.7V and they both perform the same in regards to the liquinator. They use different sized batteries also so I don't know why you are getting and difference and I'm not.
