Liquinator arrived after three weeks! Ordered with it some LR's but they have only one slit.....is this normal/new
The regular one's have two slits.......did the slit maker fall asleep

Last time I ordered a Liquinator it only came with one slot in the carto, so I think they have changed to doing them like this now. I have some I use with just one hole and others I add my own second hole, so it's really up to you, but it should work for you as is.
so with one slot it is not going to feed correctly and I will burn the carto in no time??? Why are the other one's with two slits......???
What is with this company, waiting three weeks to get it, driptips not available as you order, cutting the carto's at will or whoever feels awake enough to count until two.....what is next: sliding, cracking, o-rings breaking.......WTF!!!!
My carto's do not burn up with only one slot, so honestly it should work for you like it is...give it a try!
Figured it out: I ordered LR's but they send me one DC in the tank, it reads 1.5 ohm, the other 4 LR's I ordered are having one slit also and read as well 1.5 ohm

My 2 sure were not DC, nor were they LR either, but they both only had 1 slot.
Kinda glad, cuz I've heard some with 2 slots had issues.
I now cut my own and ONLY do 1 slot and they always work excellent. I even "punched" a couple cartos and they also work great with 1 hole.

My one slot cartos leaked like sieves. Either at the time of fill or during use.

I use Boba's Bounty as my all day vape in the Liquinator and it's been working great. I do prefill new cartos before I use them though.
These are great in the tank, been using Ressurectors since I started Liquinating. (Lol) sounds dirty when I said it like that but best describes,well u kno what I'm saying..... They work great 2gether, u won't regret trying it, (lol) still sounds dirty.... How bout u just put the Ressurector in the tank (lmao) forget it, (lol) if it sounds like a winner, most times it is

Finally back after 74 hrs no power, after "Irene" made her way through here (another hurricane on the way, long ways off yet).
SS Mega size Resurrectors (1.7-2.0, mine is measuring 2.0), I'm still on that same carto since before Irene came through here, it is working great! I used my dremel, but this time I made more of a rounded small hole (made 2 small holes, one a little bit higher up on the carto and the lower hole a few cm above the bottom inner seal. Works better than making the bottom hole slot at the lowest level possible. These Resurrectors are the way to go, IMHO.
If you are slotting the carto's with a dremel, spin that carto around while using the cutting wheel to slope edge towards the center of the cut, that will eliminate the carto catching/gouging the o-rings. There is NO sharp edge to tear up the o-rings.
I'm finding though when I fill/refill these thru the bottom that some liquid gets in the center tube, most likely because I'm not carefull enough to keep it out. I just blow that out, wipe stuff down. I think the key is to get the carto slipped back in as quickly as possible, it has something to do with the pressure equalizing inside the tank.
So far no cracking as others have reported.

Congrats Pete54! Did your Provari survive the golf club? I know there's some pics, gonna half to look those up now that I'm back!
I made a video of me hitting a ball off it. The Provari survived, but not everything did! It's in the thread!
Mine are always DCs (I order DC) and they always come pre-cut with a single cut. Never had any trouble with it not delivering enough juice that's for sure.
Thanks to an ECF member, I created my own jig... Was quite simple. Cut a 2x4, drilled out a big enough hole to house a carto I can even screw it in to hold it firm... Drill a hole for your nail, awl etc to fit in perfect and bang away... I made 2 different placement holes for where the holes are made on the carto! Here's some pics!
