Had to delete this. Can't say this on ECF. I said I'm pretty sure who this Susan "woman" is. But pretty sure is not good enough.

Electronic Cigarettes, what's really in them?
I went to read them, and they're all gone.
Also went to nicfit site, and it was gone.
Dear Dr. Green:
You were quoted in Katie LaGrone’s news story, “Electronic cigarette, what’s really in it?”
Green says with no real data on e-cigarettes, the three year old tobacco alternative may actually be more harmful than traditional cigarettes.
"The doses of nicotine that you get could, conceivably, be higher than what you would get in a typical cigarette," he said.
Actually, there is a growing body of evidence indicating that electronic cigarettes are very effective in helping those who struggled for decades to quit smoking and kept relapsing. None of this evidence shows that e-cigarettes are harmful. A comparison of the ingredients in smoke with the ingredients in vapor makes it obvious that smoking is certainly more hazardous.

Dr. Laugesen of Health New Zealand has found that vapor contains only 1/3 to 1/10 of the nicotine contained in a puff of smoke, and that the level of “carcinogens” is equivalent to what’s in an FDA-approved nicotine patch and orders of magnitude lower than the carcinogens in cigarette smoke.
On the following pages you will find a list of research that has been conducted on electronic cigarettes, classified into clinical research, population surveys, and toxicology testing. I hope you enjoy reading these resources, and I trust that you have the best interests of your patients at heart.
Dear Dr. Feinstein:
You were quoted in Katie LaGrone’s news story, “Electronic cigarette, what’s really in it?”
"We don't know what's in it. People are inhaling some vaporized compound into their lungs without really knowing what's in it," said Dr. Mike Feinstein with the American Lung Association in West Palm Beach.Actually, we do know what’s in it: Propylene glycol, water, flavoring, and (optional) nicotine. We know much less about the harmful chemicals in cigarette smoke. There is a growing body of evidence indicating that electronic cigarettes are very effective in helping people who struggled for decades to quit smoking and kept relapsing. Researchers are finding no increase in heart rate or blood pressure. Consumers are reporting measurable improvements in lung function. Isn’t that something the American Lung Association wants? If not, why not?
A comparison of the ingredients in smoke with the ingredients in vapor is very indicative of which alternative is more likely to be harmful.
