Just one question. Who in the real world is stupid enough to drill a hole in their battery? I've used this type of battery for years and have had no problems. If you can't take care of it then read the direction. I don't often carry a drill with me to punch holes in my batteries when I'm using them. (suppose to be funny.)

It just isn't wise to have the side of a battery exposed to a potential drop against a sharp rock, etc. It's not like you gotta drill the thing to get that reaction you just need to puncture the outer casing.

Not claiming it will happen, just saying that setup makes it possible.

My question is not to be hateful first off. Do you own one of the Tesla's? Have you held one in your hands? After using this for just a couple of days a punctured battery is the least of my worries. If you've done any or all of the above then you know how it's shaped and how hard it would be to hit that battery. Heck I have a hard time holding the battery so the label I want shows under the screen. Just asking.

Any IMR battery has the potential of being a hazard if mistreated. I've seen (thank God) a very few times it did. I undersatand the potential of the hazard and I try my best to prevent that from the failure that might happen.

I've read a lot of complaints about an APV looking like a dildo, but with the ribs for her pleasure, that one really does!

If you haven't held or used one you might be surprised at how comfortable it really is to use. (except for the menu buttons).. I can live with that little draw back. After it's set I don't need the menu.

and this is why i opted for a box mod lol...j/k but ya the dildos are a lil silly looking...i rly dont get the whole "it looks like a cigarette only weighs 10x as much and is 5x the diameter" thing...i got over the need for something w/ the look and feel of a cigarette pretty quickly... tesla is cool tho - very 80's - darwin and tesla are cool to me lol...dont know why

Cant remember who the deaer is but they got one now that you can plug into your computer. Like my Computer knows what I like.

That used to be called a passthrough and it used the USB port for power. Lots of people do that at work just to keep from charging batteries. An ecig with a built-in passthrough would be popular among those who do that.

That's pretty cool. My blood pressure machine downloads data and generates reports. I can't imagine what the Evic could discern from vaping habits besides how often you vape and how long the batteries last. Does it give you nicotine equivalency numbers and such? That would be pretty interesting if it could do so accurately. I'd want it to alarm if I hit a voltage/heat level that produces acrolein and tell me how much juice I vaped on a certain day.

Been using my Tesla for a few weeks now, and I love it. Very comfortable and light for such a big thing, and it vapes better than anything I've used yet. The button positions are a bit of a design flaw, but easily remedied by pressing with the tip of the thumb rather than the pad of the thumb. Frankly I get tired of angry spiteful nit-picky reviews of devices that would have blown the reviewers away a couple years ago. For the money, the Tesla is a fantastic, solid, well-designed PV that is not perfect, but certainly more than good enough for me. It has a 3.5 Amp button that should last a long time, and it remembers its setting after changing the battery. The ability to set wattage is really nice.

APVs may be forced to go underground after the deeming regulations. I try to avoid being a spoiled child about the small details of these miraculous devices, and be happy with what I have. And I sure don't have to work very hard to be happy with this Tesla. Love it!

ok first the tesla is awesome, second re boge cartos screw them on and off checking the draw each time every fifth time or so the slots will linne up and airflow is great

Well I got the Chrome version of the Tesla today. Still in the box and unused at this moment. Now I got both. Black Chrome and also Chrome. I'll post pics when I get some extra time. (been kinda busy).

Got a Tesla junkie on our hands... your like me and the vamo's. I've got 2 vamo's and I'm looking at getting another. With all the cool jwrap skins out there I can have a different look for each one. I got a Tesla as well, I like how light it is compared to the vamo.

I had a few issues with the Tesla at the beginning, but they have been solved now. One thing I have noticed is the wattage difference between the Tesla and the vamo. On the vamo I vape at 6 watts with most all of my silica atty's (drippers, clearos, ex). With the Tesla I have to vape at 7 watts to get the same performace.

Not really a Tesla junkie. I'm just a PV junkie. This tesla was payment for a favor to a friend. It goes along with 3 provari's, a SB, vamo, and a lot of others. The new legacy should be here tomorrow.

I had doubles of the vamo till the circuit board went out in the first one. Lasted 3 months which is about what I was expecting when I got it. Admit it was fun to play with though

I hope mine last. I hear tons of people that have had no issues at all, but hear story's like yours of one dying real quick.

You never can tell with China stuff since they don't really have any quality control, done people have zero issues, others a ton. Like with my Tesla. The 510 connector was crooked and the spring wasn't set right so the battery wouldn't connect even the cap was screwed all the way down. Any manufacturer with a half ... QA department would have caught that before it left.
