Not sure what the Infinite version is I did get the Trident V2 with the removable AFC. The Exacto saw I'll be using goes down to a fine point. I got it for pumpkin carving. I never use it for that.

ETA My Trident has a backwards E in the lettering I'm sure it's a cheap clone although I don't know witch one.

Where did you buy yours from? I bought mine off Ebay and it is the same lettering as the authentic Grand Vapor V2. The ones with the backwards E are Tobeco and EhPro from what I have seen and have the same lettering as the V1...

So, I got an EHPro Atomic on the way....can someone post the best way to drill out the insulator (drill bit size, how many holes, etc.)?

Thanks!

It has been posted in this thread a few times. I used a #60 to drill the insulator on my Atomic. I drilled 2 holes in it and it feeds 70-80% VG very well. I haven't tried 100% VG, but have no doubt it would work great...

I would guess it's a Ehpro I got it from a B&M. I think they do business with them. My Caravela was from Ehpro too don't see why it would be any different.

From the pics I have seen of them they are very well built. I purchased the Infinite because I liked the V2 lettering that Grand vapor used... The V1 lettering is ok, but the V2 just struck my liking more... Hope your modding goes good for you. I am really enjoying mine. I just can't seem to put any of my other atty's on the grand at all. I really need another LP grand!!!

Another tip that worked for me especially for BF modders:
On occasion, we botch up the modification- I just did on my first try with a Patriot clone I am using until my RM2 gets here. The hole is off line, we mis-drill, end up getting one of those "ugly" modifications. It still works, (my Patriot did), but I was getting leakage around the bottom perimeter of the atty. Get an o-ring and place it around the 510 connector. Replace the atty, snugly but not tight. The leaking stops, and now my cheap Patriot is working great!

Harbor Freight has reasonable prices on a drill press :)

I know. Was in there last weekend for something else and talked myself out of it. There was no price on the shelf, a big line, and no one to help me, so I ran as fast as possible ;).

I have two Reos and about 10 rda's, so I really do not need. Figured it was almost as much as another Reo, and once I started that internal conversation, the drill press was much less attractive.
