I guess I'm one of those on the list of 6 cause today was Tuesday and I didn't get my Darwin in the mail, sob. But now I can't wait to see what surprise Drew will be sending.

Me too, but on the bright side, I ordered some new drip tips and some Nhaler juice and they shipped yesterday, so when my Darwin ships I will have the juice and tips ready for it.....along with the suprises from Drew.....I am sure Drew will ship the Darwins to us as soon as possible......just hang in there Mark, i'm sure it will be well worth it.....

Hang in there SK. Work is funny like that, just when you think you can not humanly take on anymore you find out you can. Welcome to the land of doing more with much much less while corporate profits rise and no heads are added! I know I live it too. At least I can vape in the office and do so like a fog machine.

The company I work at, I've been here for 20+ years now. I started here straight out of college. Back when I was new and working my way up the ranks, the owner of the company tended to pile work on me constantly. One very stressful day he dumped even more on me and I was at the breaking point so I said something to him. His reply was "The Shriners have a saying- when you want something done right, look for the busiest person. Because that is the person that will always get the job done right. That is why I give you so much work".

FWIW- I am a VP of the company now

Cool! I saw a review of those on YouTube. I'm willing to give fill another chance for them. Gonna put some in my Nhaler cart. I haven't had a delivery all week...so slippin'.

I can vouch for the dual coil cartos. I got mine on Saturday, and I'm still using the first one! Normally cartos last me 2 to 3 days before I toss them. This carto is still going strong. But the best thing about them is the amount of flavor. I'm blown away by how much flavor they produce. And they hit strong- I had to drop my watts down to 5.5! That's only 3.5v!!! I never thought I would be able to get so much flavor and vapor from so little volts

I approve this revision to the manual! Seriously not much more to say.

Congrats to all new Darwinians! Welcome to the family! Work's been a bear so I missed my favorite part of your initiation, Active Stalking Phase II. (Phase I is waiting for shipment to post to the USPS site. Phase II is when I feel sorry for mail carriers everywhere.) Actually just taking a break, trying to find a second - or third - wind to finish this !@#$. Saturday I'm going to brew the biggest cup of tea, line up a buncha attys and catch up on the goings on so PLEASE stay lively and enjoy!

:vapor:

Sewknitty, how bout Phase 0 (waiting to get an order in)? I'm still Pre-Darwin (sniff sniffing away the tears).

Evolv will take good care of you when you fill out that Contact form at their site.

And, low watts...amazing, right? I didn't know from watts when I got my Darwin and I still don't know. All I do know is, I looked down and saw I'd been vaping 306s (2 ohm) at 7.6 whatevers HAPPY AS HECKADOODLES...The most perfect temperature, great flavor...truly delightful. I popped on another atty - without checking the device - and, yep, still one happy fool was I. Letting go of numbers (and keeping track of odd sized batteries...can't say that too much ever) is such a relief.

Good luck, My2!

You and me both SewKitty, I just know the flavor and vape I like with my jcs. Now I just look at the numbers just to see, and I guess thats fun to now see what watts/ohm I am doing thats bring me my perfect hit.

Drew, the site looks great. For a minute I thought I was just punchy but, nope...the site changed.

SK, I was like WHERE AM I, I started to email Drew to see if I was on the right site but I logged in and there I was. I am going to have to get use to this new site, I like the other one but everything do and does change.

Wow, I remember that, God Bless You. I know alot of people still talk about 9/11 but that also was a very sad day. Well I know Drew when he says extras, you will be delightful surprise. Hope you get it tomorrow.

OK all getting ready for the Ballgame tonight, will catch up with the post tomorrow.

The server was so busy it ate my answer so apologies for any dups.

Vapin', which is adaptable...the Cannon or the drip shield? Doesn't matter since I want both. And I guess I'm going to have to try a 901, huh? Now that there are drip shields I have no reason not to, I guess.

And, yep, spoiled we are, sir! Vaping like royalty at low pixies...er, watts... Would you have it any other way?

The cannon is a 306 drip tip hun. The Empire Drip Shield will work on any 901 and/or will work on a 510 with a modders connection (510 to 510 charging adapter) or bridged (IE: 510-901-901-510 double adapter assembly).

Hope that helps.

In the First Time for Everything category, I can add using a cartridge with an atomizer. I haven't used a juice vessel with fiber fill for the longest time because...well, the idea is just yucky to me. As a SewKnitty fiber fill is for...well, you know...quilts, jackets, pillows...not for wicking juice for a vape.

Well, as usual, one of my Absolute Certainties turns out to be a little wobbly. I tried it on a whim while I finish rolling through Nhaler's site a few more times before finally sending my order through. I'm getting some of those dual coil cartos and wanted to see if the idea of fill was too much for me.

I pulled all the fill out and cut off the part that seemed to have glue or something on it, pulled it apart a bit, saturated it with juice and then put it back in the cartridge loosely. I added a couple more drops and popped it on an atty. And, eureeka! I found the bad atty! It wasn't the one I thought it would be but that's for another story. Anyway, on a working atty this isn't horrible as long as its kept wet. I don't taste the fill, there's no gurgle and no leaking (yay!). I get it now. As soon as I'm absolutely, positively sure I've gotten everything I want shipped from Nhaler I'll start Advance Stalking Phase I for the arrival of the dual coils.

Why do folks like KR-808 cartos? Should I try some of those too?

Okay, I'm going to pretend that's why I was sitting at my laptop at 2am, N2. Thank you both!

Yep. Knew it was a drip tip but was confused about what you were saying was adaptable. Thanks for clarifyin' Vapin!

I use high ohms everything so for cartos - I use 3.2s I prefer the airflow in a kr-808 over 510 native. As with everything vape related, personal preference.

If you R-E-A-L-L-Y want to use carts (and I am happy for you that your experiment worked) I found the BFD mod worked best for me - when I wrestled with carts back in my early vaping days. If you want to try ti, all you need is in the first post of this thread: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/cartridge-mods/58690-b-f-d-cart-mod.html

Thank you, NebulaBrot! I believe in airflow. I'm going to try that link as I wait for some cartos I dug up to soak up juice. Carts don't hold much in the way of juice so vapers really had to have a lot of patience. Kudos to you for hanging in there!

This is pretty doggone exciting because I was just thinking the other day I wish I could marry my Reo to my Darwin. You know, to have that flexibility without dripping and without resting a tank on Darwin's face all the time. Off I go to experiment some more!

Edit to add: B.F. stands for Blue Foam, turns out. I'm going to have to ease myself away from the comfort of filler-free vaping, I think. At this very moment I can't contemplate blue foam but ya never know what the future holds. However, I did just pop some 801 cartos in my cart. I remembered the carto-spin (Taryn spin?) and I'm giving this carto the best chance possible by letting the juice soak in for about 1/2 hour.

I'm a die-hard dripper. I have some feeders, and like them, but always prefer dripping. This has been posted before but these are great for dripping (just have to feel out the amount of each bottle squeeze so you can drip without looking - the droplets are small. i just use 3 or 4 good but quick squeezes). Not great for super thick juices tho (my juices are mostly 50/50 or 70/30 V/P) and I do not use them on my thickest all VG ones (only have a couple of those). What is great about these bottles is with a bit of practice, you can drip without looking at all. For regular drip tips - no practice (or looking) needed. For the tiny hole in 801 style whistle-tips, a bit of practice and can do w/o looking. Some 801 style whistle-tips are a bit snug in the mouthpiece hole at first but just wiggle the needle in it the first couple of times and then it goes in easily after that: 1/2 OZ BOTTLE W/NEEDLE TIP

I first learned of them in this vid: YouTube - step07726's Channel

OH
Hello all! Every time I get on the last couple days, seems as soon as I get done reading the new posts, I've gotta go do something!

I filled one of those dual coil cartos and gave it a try. Hmmm...I'm not sure. May just be the one I tried, but not getting a whole lotta vapor??? Can someone give me a comparison of vapor they get from one to say dripping? Not sure if I'm just expecting too much out of a carto or maybe the one I grabbed just has an issue...
