You have no idea. I thought the provari was a big step up. Don't get me wrong, it's good. The Darwin is completely next level.

I am curious. I ordered another. I was told that the new ones would be more expensive (but we were able to use the save5 discount) One of the reasons that they were more expensive is because they would all come with a 510-510 adapter permanently attached. Mine came without this done. I emailed with no response. I called and was told that some were sent without this done because they ran out. When I questioned them about this and the price increase, I was told they would try to look for some and see if they were lying around.
I guess I am just surprised. I have read over and over about Nhalers amazing customer service. They have been really diligent about emailing me and reminding me when they were going on sale when I asked them to. Now that I have a issue (even though it is a small one) I cannot get a answer or get it resolved.
Did those of you that received them in the last couple of days have the adapters attached?
I am not bad mouthing Nhaler or their service, I am just troubled that the unit did not come as promised and that I cannot get it resolved.

I have the only one so far that seems like it came without one attached. kinda sucks.

problem is that I did not get one at all. Even if It had been in there, that would have been fine.
Oh I see. The only time I use mine is for certain attys like the IKV 306 where my cannon tip won't allow me to close the arm. The attys that I have from nhaler are fine though because the cannon doesn't go down more than about halfway
When I ordered my Darwin I got a 510>Ego type adapter and never take it off. Air flow is fine plus it allows me to use regular threaded 510 attys and cartos, or if I want to use the new mega ego cartomizers, which I do alot it screws right on to the threads
on the outside of the adapter..This is a very useful adapter..
The price increase was not because they added the 510 adapter. The adapter was put on for other reasons. If you go bad a little ways you will see where Drew talked about it.
Sorry for not replying sooner....I havent recieved any emails talking about this....I will check later when the guys get in.
However , we didnt send any out without the adapters on the past two shipments...It's the silver piece that is screwed into the brass arm. It wont come off without pliers or some tool. Its only a quater inch or so long.

I apoligize. I am a complete idiot (or a newbie that has not yet figured everything out) You are correct that both models have them attached.
I was not aware that the silver part WAS the 510-510 extension. I assumed that was the 510 and that another piece just like it would be added. When I looked at the piece on your site, it looked the same, but I just assumed that another would be screwed on top.
As I said before you have a excellent reputation for service and I can certainly see why. I am sorry for the posts and as I said in the beginning, my only excuse is that I am an idiot. Thanks for the reply! If I knew how to add it, this would be the place for the embarrassed smiley face icon............
