I just looked up where you live. It seems very similar in terrain to where I live in the USA. Very similar... being at the base of a mountain range and such. Victoria looks like a very beautiful place!

Does it take long to get your orders from the USA?

I wanted to play with this recipe but you never did say.. is this TFA Vanilla Cupcake or? I went over 10 pages past and when you started posting again didn't see a reply. I know there was someone asking about the final concoction so they could add it to their recipe collection. Well, this was last known version.

Good question! I would love to replicate this for my son. He's been on a blueberry kick lol (Really great when I have no blueberry flav-sigh)

Sorry Blaron, I've never tried either, but we can probably help walk you through the process to copy them. I am asked to copy juices all the time, and it's not that hard to get close, often better, imho. Exact matches are almost impossible unless you have the actual brand ingredients, and then percentages can be worked out by taste for sure. If either of those was made with TFA flavorings, then a copy is certainly possible, or one where we can't tell the difference.

Had to help my son put a radiator in his Jeep Cherokee yesterday and my step daughter is bringing her fairly new Mazda over today. Windows not working
I think I have enough flavor's to come up with something in the ball park. Just finding the time right now. Is there a full moon or something???? I usually have to much time!!!!!!!
Oh, and then the Taifun will need to get set up too. Domo got it shipped out on Friday as soon as I ordered! Like 5 minuets and I got three emails. order received, order processed, order shipped. Will be here tomorrow!!!!
I'm still going for a Strawberry cheese Danish. Maybe a touch of that cream cheese icing and some cheese cake with graham, pie crust?????
I'll get something down on paper soon I hope.

Anybody have any idea's on a starting point for a pumpkin roll flavor?My wife brought one home from the store yesterday,and i forgot how good those things tatste,so now my brain's hurting trying to work it into a juice flavor.I know it would obviously have pumpkin,and i think the filling is cream cheese,so that cream cheese icing will come in handy for that part,but not really sure what else it may take to get it there.I'm thinking maybe the vanilla cupcake,but not really sure since a pumpkin roll seems to be more almost like a bread than a cake i think,i could be wrong though haha.I definitely have the pumpkin flavor covered,i have both pumpkin spice and regular pumpkin flavor,got the cream cheese on the way,i just can't pinpoint where to go with the rest of it.

Quick taste test, and all I could taste was the frosting and the cinnamon. I don;'t think the doughy bread flavoring is going to be a big part of my danishes, as I can't taste them most of the time, but I will keep taste testing the originals, until I get a good sense of it. Jo gave me the look, and asked, "did you get anything sweet?" I explained our MEET idea, so she was then cool.

ok after the first batch taste test. i think i had to much cheese cake flavoring since i have the cream cheese icing. i went and searched around the net and found that alot of recipes use lemon or lemon zest. i went ahead and added 0.5 lemon to give it that little bit. i then dropped my cheese cake down from 8% to 4%. upped the raspberry from 5% to 12% since i wasnt tasting the raspberry like i wanted. second batch is done and i will be tasting that now. im gonna try and keep summaries like this as i go through this journey to try and find a danish that is close. i will say that the base with the cheese cake, vanilla cupcake, bavarian cream, and cream cheese icing is close just needs some tweaking which i am working on. i dont have the cinnamon danish so i am substituting with the horchata smooth which is a light cinnamon milky flavor and seems to work well for what im going for. i will report back after i try this 2nd test batch

My take on TFA Pumpkin is that it gets very much a cucumber flavor if you use too much. I'll be watching your progress because I'm interested in the pumpkin flavor. Love Starbuck's pumpkin spice...

I hate to do this but I have gone back to page 231 and read oh goodness about 20 pages...I've learned alot! I can't really afford to place another order right now and I only have enough nic for probably 3 or 4 more mixes? I'm frustrated and just want to make something good.....

I'm stumped - I made one mix of PB, Banana and Bav Cream and I thought it was good but now it's meh.... I'm almost at the give up stage. Reading thru what everyone has posted has made me not want to give up - I realize I need more flavors particularly fruits but that will have to wait a week or so.

I just wanna make something good! I'm asking for help - specific help. I think if I just have a taste of real success then I'll won't feel like such a failure LOL.

No, the KGD is sufficient if you get the width right to create the pressure seal.

ones that come to mind

caramel fudge brownie. maybe add a small amount of bavarian cream

ripe banana, pie crust, a small amount of vanilla cupcake and maybe a touch of marshmallow

a peanut butter fudge brownie might be good
