Yeah normally I'd have gotten it from BCV, along with some vanilla swirl which I'm also low on... but they're down today, and I'm almost completely out of the DX bavarian, which I need for my strawberry and cream, my ADV -- also out of shisha strawberry, but I ordered 2 bottles of that from ECX, since they're only $2.99 there! Also had to get both wholecig and mothersmilkwta WTA orders, out of that too. So I'll have to wait on larger bottles till I don't need so much other stuff! Those flavor orders and the 2 WTA orders set me back $62!

Andria, or anyone else that may know, how does the DX Bavarian Cream compare to the original Bavarian Cream? Do they taste the same? Are the percentages of flavor used the same between the original and the DX(around 5%)?

I have no idea if they taste the same, because I've never tasted the original. I asked that same question about using the same percentages, and that does seem to be true -- Bill says that anything over about 6% might make it too prevalent, or just not taste good; I've found that I can push it as far as 6.5%, but no higher, or as Bill says, it doesn't taste good; it's a pretty strong flavor.

I was just wondering about that flavor also wow great minds and all that hahahaha I have never used it and wanted to see if it would mellow out some flavorings that to me are too um er strong I guess or prevalent? I would get a bigger bottle if it can do that sort of thing - make things creamy etc . . .??:vapor:

Just tagging this from {age 573, might use this recipe for my 1st take at DIY!! My flavor profile is getting too expensive lol, I want to try making my own juice..
Thanks frisco & Bill!! (And OP, and everyone else here!!) :D

I made 15ml of this the first time, then 60ml the second time. It's very nice. Make sure to get some banana stuff too, like banana ripe/cream. I've started getting VERY STRONG fruit flavored custard cravings after vaping Frisco's Moo juice! Next up, blueberry : )

My co-workers keep asking me if I'm baking a cake lmfao

Just want to make a slight adjustment here for clarification to all. I advocate that when using creams, vanillas, and sweeteners as supporting flavors in the mix, that they be kept at 6% or less in order that they don't dominate the mix. However, if you were making a vanilla cream flavoring, I would use higher percentages, for example. These flavors are so good, in fact, that simply adding them to most TFA primary flavorings alone will make almost all TFA flavorings taste great and pop in a good way. Keeping them at 6% or less keeps them in their supporting secondary roles quite nicely and will enhance almost any other Primary. :toast: :D

I don't use the DX flavorings and so can't comment on whether there are flavor differences or not. :2c:

YES!!!

Vanilla Swirl, sweet cream, Bavarian cream, sweetener and cotton candy MUST be in our flavor arsenals. There are others, but these alone will prove incredibly useful. Don't forget vanilla bean ice cream too! :toast: :D

I knew it was something like that. :D Lots on my mind today, but it looks like the EMC is going to come out tomorrow and fix that wiring harness on the outside of our house. That's a load off the mind! :thumb: Correction: they're here now! Yay!

About that DX -- I haven't tasted the original, but the DX is very good; it doesn't have that artificial sort of 'whang' that some of CAP's v2's have. I dunno if I would like it alone, but it's absolutely GREAT with INW shisha strawberry.

One thing -- I see that you like those powerful cloud-chasing builds -- but a magma isn't really a cloud-chasing atty; it's more about the flavor. You might try something closer to 1 ohm, single coil, and see how that does -- with my 1.3-1.4 ohm build, at 9.5w, it's absolutely amazing.

Andria

I should have mentioned in my previous blab that I usually do just run 1 coil. I still have one of them set up with a dual coil because the coils are still good (not to the point yet that I can't "clean" them by burning off the crud), but it's more work. Andria is right -- 1.4 or so on a single seems to run quite well.

I am in tobacco flavorings mode - I have tried other flavors and um no dice yet. So I was gonna use the cream to mellow some of the stronger type of tobaccos I have since I have 26 different kinds lol:p I like my tobaccos way mellow:vapor:

I've been thinking along those lines all day -- a yen for something 'not sweet,' as I mentioned sometimes hits me, I have my usual vapes so highly sweetened. The only tobacco flavors I have are Virginia, Virginia TA, Virginia WTA, and Coffee Tobacco, so it will no doubt taste a lot like Virginia. :D

I am going to buy a 4oz bottle of TFA Black Honey(tobacco) and a 4oz bottle of TFA DX Bavarian Cream next month. I know by what I have read about the BH that I will love it - already have some NN and it is my ADV now lol. Glad I bought the NN kind as it is a shake and vape - the TFA BH is not - it will have to sit for at least 5 weeks but according to users it is worth it:p:p:)

Just wanted to know, I have quite a bit of TFA flavorings and was wondering the best way to store them. Alot are the 4oz size so it needs to last for a while.

To add to this question....The 4oz bottles we get from TFA are plastic, would it be better to transfer the flavorings to amber glass bottles for storage, or does it matter?
