Anyone use dulce de leche in your mixes? What are your thoughts on it? I'm trying to make a sweet, kind of creamy, chocolate strawberry eliquid. I'm having trouble deciding whether to buy dulce de leche or sweet cream for this mix.

Also, dulce de leche contains trace amounts of custard notes; probably not enough to be worried about, right?

Thanks!

I use it but this flavor is a {MODERATED} to blend with.If you use too much the flavor will be so over-powering you will not be able to vape it or fix the mix either.Starting out in very small amounts is what I would recommend and by small I mean .25ml's at a time or less.

Where did you get your Dulce De leche flavoring from because mine does not state contains trace amounts of custard notes on it.I purchase mine from FW.

What flavor are you talking about? I'm talking about dulce de leche from TPA (being that this is a TPA thread).

I use the Stevia and it works pretty good for me. 1 drop per 5 mL

Does yours stay clear?

Mine, (Vitacost brand), turns milky white after a week or so, kinda worries me to use it, except in my coffee, lol.

One brand I used turned white. This one is fine. If you notice, your nic will turn brownish over time as well. Oxidation. The white could be crystals forming. If you heated it up, should go clear again, maybe. As with anything DIY, use at your own risk.

I am new to DIY and would like to make a nice banana nut bread. IS the TFA alone good enough for most people? Is the 5-7 % accurate for most here's taste buds? If anyone is adding to the stand alone flavor please let me know what they are liking.

I use the TFA Banana But Bread at 7% by itself and love it! It's one of my favorite all day vapes.

I just received some TFA Graham Cracker from RTS Vapes, and it is a very dark brown color. Is this normal? I always thought Graham Cracker should be clear. RTS has not responded to my e mail.

I get mine from Wizard Labs

They show two types. I have the clear, and it is clear.

Thanks Guys, is there anything wrong with the dark version of Graham Cracker or is it OK to use? RTS Vapes tells me The Perfumer's apprentice does not make the flavor itself, so they are at the mercy of their supplier which version they receive.

Again, that's correct. TPA is just a supplier, not a manufacturer. It's fine to vape.

TPA/TFA sells both the clear and dark variety. I use the clear because I find in general dark flavors tend to clog my coils faster. I believe it's because the dark variety contains caramel color and corn syrup, the clear doesn't. Here's a link to both of them at TFA:
Perfumers Apprentice - Sweet or Sour Flavors

Cheers,
Steve
